We had 3" officially. (By the time they gave the official reading, we had 6" in our yard.) I handled it by ordering galoshes and snow boots from Amazon. Both are to be here tomorrow. We’ll see…😰😷

Yes, it does. So many snow pictures. (My former neighbor wanted to see what her house looked like without the truck in the driveway.) I couldn’t go out to get the mail yesterday because of the snow. Managed to get out today but had to change my shoes when I got back in.

Snow, go AWAY!!! And don’t come back. We don’t want you around here!!!😡😡😡

The sight of our neighbors with thier kids sledding yesterday was a pleasant sight tho.:hugs:
 
I’d be utterly miserable unless I was in bed with a hotwaterbottle…for the whole winter!
Very hard to imagine what it was like for the first settlers…
I hope and pray it settles to a more normal (?) winter for you all soon.
 
No, no. Just pray for the warmer temperatures Farmer’s Almanac said we were going to have all winter.

A normal winter is more snow and cold than this.😱😱😱
 
It was supposed to have stopped snowing, and the weather was saying it wasn’t snowing, then I went outside and noticed that there was some accumulation. Crazy.

Very windy (continuing from last night) at 50 F (80 km/h at most before dropping to somewhere between 30-50) with rain coming in (pictured here is a tree that fell on an townhouse)

Farmers Almanac says the south is getting another snowstorm around the first of February.
 
Our weather today will be rainy but in the 60s. Hey, I’ll take rain over snow any day. But no floods. Had my fill of flooding in 2010.

Not this winter, they weren’t. They said we were going to have a warmer than usual winter with no snow. I have a bone to pick with them about that claim. And if any of them come here when we have that predicted snowstorm, their faces will be in that snow and all protection from the cold wet stuff removed. My dog will then jump all over them and lick their faces. Uh huh! That’ll teach 'em to give us snow.
