If Jay Z is only using anti religious/occult symbolism as a gimmick to sell records, then explain

(a)-Why are there photos of him with people wearing freemasonic clothing? Here’s the link. seeker401.wordpress.com/2011/07/15/jay-z-in-masonic-dress-at-freemason-church-funeral-service/ He’s a freemason. That photo is proof that he belongs to secret organizations.

(b)-Why did he claim that he’s possessed by spirits that enhance his singing abilities? Maybe he sings anti christian lyrics to sell records, but if that’s the case, why does he claim that he’s demon possessed? Claiming to be possessed by spirits doesn’t sell records. Here’s the video where he says that. See for yourself. youtube.com/watch?v=6KFnWwRMcFA
-Claiming to be possessed doesn’t sell records? Look into the darker side of heavy metal, such as death metal; or look into legends about musicians selling their soul to the devil.
-Being a freemason doesn’t equate to being a member of a centuries old super secret organization. The main problem with the conspiracy theories surrounding the “illuminati” and other in the shadows secret organizations secretly running the world is that they rely on super top secret “cut your own throat” knowledge being general public knowledge. It’s apparently easier to get knowledge about super secret organizations that control the world and don’t want anyone to know they control the world or even exist than getting the formula for some of the foodstuffs you can go into your local grocery store and buy.

I can prove that it’s true, and that the Illuminati is real, and Jay Z is a part of it.

According to John Todd, a former illuminati member who became a christian, people have to be initiated witches to get record contracts, and every one of the major music companies has a room where they cast spells into music records. That doesn’t just apply to Jay Z-it applies to almost all secular musicians (except for the ones who don’t belong to, and have record deals with, major music companies.) Could John Todd have been a fraud who made up stories?

Maybe, but when I was watching videos about John Todd on youtube, there was a pastor who said that he believed John Todd was a real Christian (ie, he was born again and saved). If John Todd was a guy who made up sensationalist stories, why would a pastor believe that he was born again and saved? Check out these two links about john todd.

John Todd is also the source of the ‘information’ for many Chick Tracts, and we all know how reliable those are  . It was revealed he lied about his military career when Christianity Today did a FOIA on him, and showed he spent a small amount of time in the Army in Germany before being discharged for psychiatric issues and drug use. He also claimed to be John F. Kennedy’s ‘personal warlock.’ Once he got kicked out of a segment of society (the military, fundamentalist Christianity, charismatic Christianity, etc.) he claimed there was an Illuminati presence there. He’s also a convicted rapist and child molester.

So why should anything he says be considered evidence of anything other than untreated mental illness?

John 8:12

I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD SAYS THE LORD; WHOEVER FOLLOWS ME WILL NOT WALK IN DARKNESS, BUT WILL HAVE THE LIGHT OF LIFE.

Musicians have a free will just like anyone else. If they chose to walk in darkness for profit and fame we should pray for their souls and hope that one day they will put their trust in the Sacred Heart of Jesus and not the things of this world.

1-Why do you believe that Chick Tracts are unreliable?

2-If John Todd wasn’t truly saved, and he was just a fraud with mental illness who made up bizzare stories, then why did he talk about being born again through repentance? He even said that a christian is known by their fruit, and he mentioned deliverance once. Just because he had mental illness, it doesn’t mean that God didn’t deliver him from that and change his life.

Here is some quotes about John Todd, from contending for the truth.com. contendingfortruth.com/wp-content/uploads/Illuminati-Exposed-John-Todd-Interview.pdf
When I began to fully grasp and understand all that John Todd was talking about I can
honestly say it changed my life. In fact, John Todd’s message was much more powerful
and important today than any message I ever heard from a pastor at church. He kept
stressing being BORN AGAIN THROUGH REPENTANCE. This is totally missing in
99% or churches. He also kept saying to COME OUT FROM THEM AND BE
SEPARATE. He said Jesus needs to be your Lord and not just your Savior. Where is
this teaching in the modern church of today? He even mentions deliverance once. kept
saying that a True Christian is known by their FRUIT
So why would Jack Chick continue to publish everything John Todd
wrote with exactly the same content all these years if John were not everything he said
he was? There are links on the jamesjpn website to a couple letters written by Jack
Chick himself in 1978 and he makes no mention that John Todd was a fraud.
I can prove that John Todd wasn’t a fraud, and that he is a reliable source. The bible says, “thou shall not lie”, and “thou shall not bear false witness”. Since John Todd was a christian, why would he lie?

Jay Z is already very famous and popular. He doesn’t need to say something bizarre or shocking to sell records.

I never said that. However, it’s a fact that freemasons worship the devil. I watched this adullaum films (a christian site) documentary (goodfight.org/store/resources_video_smeotp.html), and it mentioned that fact about freemasonry.

I have several friends who are secular musicians and are currently signed to recording contracts, or have been in the past (including to major labels) and none of them sold their souls to the devil, became witches, had spells cast on their music, sacrificed babies, ate toads, chanted hymns to the devil in a pentagram under the moonlight or anything of that nature. However, I’m betting you’d say they’re proof of your point since none of them are millionaires.

I think parents need to get their children away from this type of music and listening to music that teaches them about Jesus. I have been buying Christian CDs called “Songs 4 Worship”. The music is suitable for all ages and has a good message. All the songs may not be written for Catholics and their beliefs but I have heard some of the songs sung by the youth choir in our church.
I couldn’t agree with this more. I play as much Christian music as I can when my kids are around. My wife’s not a big fan of it (which means she probably belongs to the Illuminati) but I keep pointing out the questionable lyrics in the music she prefers, then ask her if she thinks that’s sending a good message to our girls. Sometimes she gives in, other times she points out that she listened to the same music when she was a teenager and it didn’t do her any harm. If I feel like pushing my luck, I point out how she behaved as a teenager. Depending on her mood, I either get a night on the couch or my music turned on.

Seriously, though, I’d rather hear my girls singing Matt Maher than Katy Perry or Motley Crue. I don’t worry about what thoughts are going through their head when they sing “Lord, I Need You,” “Alive Again,” or “Christ Is Risen.” I would be concerned if they were singing, “I Kissed a Girl.”

I would be concerned if they were singing, “I Kissed a Girl.”
Frankly, I’d rather hear that from my own sister than that Payphone song (or anything else from the depressing side of hip-hop and pop).

Then again, I’m more of a 90s rock kind of guy (e.g. Linkin Park, Nickelback Simple Plan, and a bit of Green Day). I also heard a few songs from my Dad’s day and liked the sound and feel.

Yet despite all that (and my obsession with pentagrams, dragons, and all things D&D), I’m still wondering where my magic powers are at. 🤷 I’ve sung Jack Black’s Beelzeboss a couple times and I still take a lot of work to charm teh ladies. (I was kinda hoping for something more… instantaneous y’know?)

Sky, you list your religion as Catholic. If you believe Chick tracts, then that’s obviously not true, and you would be a troll. In that case, please go away.

If what John Todd said was false, and mainstream singers are not required to be witches, then why did John Lennon, Katy Perry, Michael Jackson, Kanye West, Eminem, and Bob Dylan, all admit to selling their souls to the devil? Here are a few quotes from them.

Katy Perry said this in a video interview. "“When I was 15, because I grew up in a household where all I ever did was listen to gospel music…. I swear I wanted to be, like, the Amy Grant of music, but it didn’t work out, and so I sold my soul to the devil.”

2000lies.blogspot.com/2008/01/bob-dylan-sold-his-soul-to-devil.html

“Question: Why do you still do it? Why are you still out here?
Dylan: It goes back to that destiny thing. I made a bargain with it a long time ago, and I’m holding up my end.
Q: What was your bargain?
Dylan: To get where I am now.
Q: Should I ask whom you made the bargain with?
Dylan: With the chief commander.
Q: On this earth?
Dylan: (laughing) On this earth and the world we can’t see.”

On page 256 on one of John Lennon’s biographies, it says this.

“”"In a chance remark to a British musician he greatly admired, Tony Sheridan, John said, as the Beatles’ success grew: “I’ve sold my soul to the devil.’ Sheridan, who had recorded with the Beatles in Hamburg, had been particularly friendly with John and knew immediately what John meant, for fame of this kind was never what Lennon expected.”

Figure of speech. I’ve called myself the devil’s advocate on these boards. Are you going to tell me that I’m a sorcerer who secretly makes slave girls ala Christian Grey?

How I wish.

If it was just a figure of speech, what did Katy Perry mean when she said she sold her soul to the devil?

It’s definitely been a problem to see what’s going on since we lost the ability to play records backwards

So, I repeat…pray for our youth.
Pray unceasingly.
God has more power than evil spirits.
Do not be afraid.
God will prevail, goodness and love always prevail. :
I want to believe this, but I have seen all the Illuminati symbolism in Jay Zs and MANY MANY other artists videos, there is clearly something to this, or else the symbols would NOT be in the videos…its that simple really! LOL, so with this being the case, why isnt there more ‘God’ and religious symbolism in music and other pop culture things?

It is clear Satan, the enemy and the Illuminati have been smart enough to put all their symbols in popular music to get at the younger crowd, why isnt God or religious groups taking the same path? I mean, even I know it takes a different approach to reach and sway the views of the younger crowd versus older adults, the enemy has taken full advantage of this, it is sad the religious community and God in general has not been as successful in this area.

Amen , when my daughter was in 11 th Grade she was into rap and I prayed and asked the Lord ( with a few intercessors) that she would find a Christian radio station. She did 😃 LOL she always knows when I have prayed about something now and we laugh. recently it was because I wanted her to come to a seminar on Healing of Families. She was scheduled to work - on a Saturday in a retail mall. I asked St Rose for her direct intercession and my request was that my daughter would be called and told she was not needed. This was my prayer Friday night - when she showed up at the seminar she had a big smile on her face - she knew. Sorry side track . YES parents get your kids away from modern music but also discern ALL music and groups. There is a big scandal going on right now that you can read about - just google-. One of the major groups’ lead singers recently tweeted his ponderings about why gay marriage might not be wrong. Led to a firestorm -rightly - people dropping the band off their radio stations etc. Basically parents need to be vigilant and discerning in all things their kids do , listen to , watch , read etc. It is a war zone for the Spirit.

Freemasonry Unmasked is a fascinating book I am reading by Salaza a lawyer who admittedly makes his case like a lawyer - with repetition to drum it home but it is a short, packed and great read. Back that up with what I have read by Fr Amorath ( sp? - my book is out on loan) the exorcist. These 2 will explain it all.
