I find your faith interesting, because The Roman Catholic faith, cannonized the Holy bible.

No. Mormonism got its scriptures from the same source that yours came from—revelation from God.
Roman Catholicism has an ordained Priesthood instituted by Jesus Christ himself, that got handed down unbroken succession by the laying on of Hands from the apostles themselves to the first church fathers, saints, martyrs down to our present Pope Benedict the 16th.
That is how your Priesthood originally came from; but along the way it was lost through the Apostasy, and is no longer valid or acknowledged by the Lord.
Where does your priesthood get its authority and authenticity?
By revelation and ministration of angels from God, by the laying on of hands of the ancient Apostles.
When did Mormonism begin? By Whom?
Mormonism is a Restoration of the original Church of Christ in the latter days, after the original one had apostatized. It was officially organized in April 1830, by the Prophet Joseph Smith, at the commandment of the Lord.
The Catholic faith began with the Apostles of Jesus, when Jesus gave Peter our first pope the keys to the kingdom of God, the power to bind and loose, and power to forgive sins.
Those “keys of the kingdom” were lost to the Catholic Church following the Apostasy, and have now been restored by revelation and ministration of angels to the LDS Church.
What is the purpose of your priest hood in mormonism?
To speak and act with authority from God, and to administer the saving sacraments of the gospel for the salvation of mankind.

A lot less than Catholic doctrine has changed.
Has your faith made any predictions of the end times? What were they? did any of them come to pass?
First off, we believe in the same predictions as are in the Bible, since the Bible is part of the scriptural canon of the LDS Church. Second, there are also predictions about the end time mentioned in modern LDS scripture, and you will find them mostly the Doctrine and Covenants; although there are also some in the Book of Mormon and the Pearl of Great Price. Third, they have not yet all been fulfilled, because we have not reached the “end” yet; but as many of them as relate to our time have been fulfilled.
Do you believe in the Blessed Virgin Mary? if so How?
Yes, we believe that she was a virgin when she gave birth to Jesus Christ.
Do you know of any Mormons that lived out your Mormon faith that are alive and in the presence of almighty God the creator of heaven and earth?
Well, I haven’t seen them in heaven yet, if that is what you are asking;
but I am sure as many of them have been righteous are now in heaven.

I would like to learn from your faith about Mormonism. I would like to know how far your faith has come along since its beginning, for it has been a long time since I have studied Mormonism. I am talking 1982, is it the same Mormonism since then?
