Imagine rolling up to your kids elementary class and being greeted by this

I’m in favor of women’s rights to have an education, own property, vote, get good jobs, be paid equally to men, not be sexually harassed, basically live independent lives. I’ve always been in favor of women’s rights in that way. I live my own life that way.
Every single one of these are already guaranteed by law. The one thing missing is the right to life of unborn females.

It’s basically science that is being denied by the plandemic conspiracy theorists.
Such as the unborn are human beings?
Yes, science deniers exist across party lines as to be a group together of the same ilk.

That sounds a little whiny. You still have not expressed disagreement.
Don’t be so pedantic. Nobody doubts science is real, that women have rights, etc. The poster was not about the obvious reading, but about the implied reading.

A lot of what I listed either weren’t yet guaranteed or were just starting to be guaranteed by law when I was growing up. Furthermore, “guaranteed by law” doesn’t mean workplaces don’t find sneaky ways around them in many cases.

I, as a trained chemist, always find it funny the people that go around chanting “science is real” tend to be the least interested in science when it’s not convenient for their political views or can’t be used for political purposes. For them, science is just a political stick. They demonstrated that very well by sticking it in the middle of other slogans that are used in an incredibly polarized political culture.

Except that those who believe that covid is no worse than the flu and the death rate is exaggerated, are actually denying science which is real.

Reiterating an empty slogan somehow fixes that?
And frankly, there were plenty of people in America who dismissed the pandemic including their national media and NYC’s mayor.

Man, I hate the phase “no human is illegal.” It betrays the fact that they truly do not understand the other side of the illegal immigration debate if they seriously think anyone believes a human being can be illegal.

Also, science is real, unless the science demonstrates there are differences between men and women. In that case, science is just another tool of the patriarchy to these people.

Yes that is despite the global science community working with WHO, deeming Covid an extremely serious global threat in late January. There was never any doubt about Covids deadly potential then and still isn’t. But still there are the deniers who say its fake science and fake news.

Ignoring the question of “what science thinks”, I do think the gender essentialist crowd struggles a bit more with making the biological facts fit their schema. Most of them want to reduce sex to a question of what chromosomes an individual has, but there are people with XY chromosomes that are born with external female genitalia and appear to be fully female. When it comes to actually discussing the facts most of them just want to handwave the actual range of possibilities that exist in terms of physical sex, while appealing to some dogmatic belief that biology supports them.

What does that have to do with elementary school or science for that matter. Dr. Fauci has been defending Trump’s decision and he is head immuologist.

Biden can’t run on his own merit, on what he has done for 47 years while in the Senate, so now Biden becomes the authority on Covid-19 virus., really.

2 points awarded for truth here.

What ever happened to the science that proves the unborn is both human and alive from the moment of conception?

Just shows that science is only real as long as it backs whatever political point.

Deniers are all over trying to influence others to believe.

Link me to a source for this claim. Here is another view of that dynamic.

What is needed is a new force with a bit of common sense to navigate this tempest. Use your vote to send a powerful message that these two options are unacceptable anymore.

All that proves is that science deniers exist on both extremes of the spectrum. They are united in their denial, dissociated from what prolife really consists of.

Anthony Fauci on Wednesday said he doesn’t think President Trump was publicly distorting the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
During an interview with Fox News’s John Roberts, Fauci said Trump’s public press conferences in the early spring mostly echoed what members of the White House coronavirus task force were telling him in private.

“I didn’t see any discrepancies between what he told us and what we told him and what he ultimately came out publicly and said,” Fauci, the country’s top infectious diseases expert and head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said.

“He really didn’t say anything different than we discussed when we were with him,” Fauci said.

During the interview, Fauci stressed that he was speaking about his own conversations and interactions with the president.

“Remember, I’m a small frame in the big picture of what goes on,” Fauci

Fauci acknowledged that Trump would “want to make sure the country wouldn’t get down and out about things,” but added, “I don’t recall anything that was a gross distortion in anything I spoke to him about.”

Fauci was responding to a new book written by Washington Post associate editor Bob Woodward in which Trump went on the record to say he publicly downplayed the threat of the emerging coronavirus pandemic despite knowing its actual danger.

Having a law means nothing if that law is not enforced.
