Absolutely. If you recognize that the Catholic Church is in possession of more truth (in fact, it is in possession of the fullness of truth). You should not refer to it a s a “corporate” CHurch, as if it is merely a human institution, for it is both human and divine.
The True Doctrine of salvation is that there is no salvation outside of the Church. This does not mean that people of good will are to be denied entrance into heaven. It is not that simple. The Church makes no statements on who is NOT saved. We cannot judge the state of a soul, however through evidence of confirmed miracles and a life of heroic virtue can determine who is in heaven. You cannot look at the Church as just a building, but as the people of God. This is explained in great detail in a document from the Second Vatican Council, Lumen Gentium
Our course not, the Apostle Paul answers that exact same question in his letter to the Roman Church. I think the Apostles James and John also addresses that same question too. We are not talking easy believism found in modern day Protestantism.
All corporate churches which have members that are part of the invislbe church is divine. Do you believe that God is not present in those Protestant coroprate churches in which His children worship Him?

It is in Sacred Tradition. The Scriptures cannot be taken on there own apart from Tradition, Magisterial Teaching, and the Liturgy. However there are Scriptures to seem to indicate that one must be a Christian to be saved.
Do not make me laugh. The Scriptures and the Fathers say differently.

If I was a betting man, I would say sacred tradition would eventually come around to Jesus as being the ultimate source of our common salvation. The Catholic Church is just a means to receive the benefits of the God-man Christ Jesus in which He merited for us by His sinless life and sacrificial death. We are to received what Christ merited for us by the instrument of faith. Do you agree or disagree?
