Since Donna Brazile was the head of the DNC when the dossier Coup was taking place, wouldn’t it be a good idea to have her testify as to what she knows about paying for the dirty thing?
She is now a “contributor” on Fox (getting herself out there for image benefit) - a safe bet that she is planning to protect herself from upcoming investigation results. Its too much horse manure to suggest she didn’t have any knowledge or part in the coup.
 
You get Trump to testify and you can do all the investigations you want.

Hillary was even smarter, her statement wasn’t even under oath and everyone was given immunity.

Bill Clinton was compelled to testify under oath.
Why Trump was not subpoenaed is not clear.
But it has been stated thatTrump’s lawyers were very cautious: given Trump;s habitual lying, he was at high risk of perjury is he were called, under oath, before Mueller.

Are you intentionally mixing your apples with your oranges?

Kenneth Starr did not compel Bill to testify under oath.
That was a completely separate civil case.

I’m still confused, why Starr’s investigation had a grand jury.

  • Trump’s support in the Republican caucus in the Senate today is rock solid.
  • The impeachers who seek to bring down Trump face other problems. (spygate)
 
Pat Buchanan is fully in Trump’s camp now? Wasn’t that way in 1999.

He obviously overlooks the stolen emails that Trump allowed to be used against his opponent in 2016.

And to think I voted for Buchanan in 2000.

How exactly did “Trump allow” the stolen emails to be used?

My understanding is the DNC allowed their server to be hacked, or it was an inside job. Trump wasn’t part of that equation.
 
The real abuse of power is the illegal FISC-702 database use going back to mid-2012, right before Obama’s pres. re-election, & until April 2016. 99 page FISC report = must read.

Early 2016 Mike Rodgers was altered to upticks in the FISA-702 database ( NSA/FBI database that holds all meta data on every electronic devices fingerprint and form of electronic communication). FISC report shows there was illegal FISC-702 NSA/FBI database extraction dating back to mid-2012, FISA court was not informed about it until 2016 by MR.

3/9/2016, MR conducted an audit of the FISA 702 database from 11/2015 - 5/2016, found 85% of the searches on “U.S. persons” were unlawful and non-compliant searches conducted by 11 FBI contractors. FISC report: “ many of these non-compliant queries involved the use of the same identifiers over different date ranges .” They were searching the same phone number, email address, electronic “identifier”, or people, repeatedly over different dates. Specific people were being tracked/monitored . “ while the gov’t reports it is unable to provide a reliable estimate of” these non lawful searches “since 2012, there is no apparent reason to believe the Nov 2015 [to] April 2016 coincided with an unusually high error rate” . That means the 85% unlawful FISA-702(16)(17) database abuse has likely been happening since 2012 .

4/18/2016, MR shut down access. With the FISC database non-operable on 4/19/2016 Fusion GPS Glen Simpson’s wife, Mary Jacoby, visited the WH, meet with Obama officials. Also, fusion hired Nellie Ohr in April, and the Clinton Campaign and DNC hired Fusion-GPS to organize the the Steele Dossier.

Quite simply there is no other intellectually honest explanation for the scale & volume of abuse that was taking place than it was used as a domestic surveillance & political spy mechanism. Judge Rosemary Collyer explains in the FISA report the abuse and extraction was “not accidental, it involved deliberate decision-making.” Who was FBI Director in 2012 when this started? Robert Muller. Who was his chief-of-staff? Who was CIA Director? ODNI?

Quite sure at this point there was increased urgency in gaining legal justification for surveillance & unlawful spy operations taking place, an insurance policy was needed. The Dossier becomes investigative virus. To get the virus into official status, the FISA application was the delivery method and injected it into Carter Page. The FBI already knew Page; he was irrelevant, what they needed was the FISA warrant and the Dossier in the system to create a legal albeit ex post facto justification for the pre-existing surveillance and spy operations.

The President has put in place an organization with the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life[.] … That’s going to be very, very powerful[.] … That database will have information about everything on every individual on ways that it’s never been done before and whoever runs for President on the Democratic ticket has to deal with that. They’re going to go down with that database and the concerns of those people because they can’t get around it. And he’s [President Obama] been very smart. It’s very powerful what he’s leaving in place.

This was in 2016. Obama was president. If anyone allowed this, it was Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Obama. It was on their watch.
