What was flawed was the evidence. The selective recollections of an abortion activist, then a “me too” from a fraud who didn’t know anything about her claimed assault, just that it was Kavanaugh. Garbage. But in any event, he wasn’t appointed as archbishop, but as a justice. So what’s wrong with his opinions?

No it doesn’t. That’s his right. If you’re charged with a crime, your lawyer can’t testify against you if you claim privilege. Nor (for now) can your confessor.

As I mentioned previously, Clinton invoked privilege a number of times. He won some in the courts and lost some. It’s for the courts to determine if challenged, not the Dem party.

Trump blanket boycotted the Impeachment process. There is no blanket privilege. Executive privilege was not properly asserted OR ASERTED AT ALL.
SO

The Ukraine depends on us completely. Loosing the support of the Commander in Chief would be devestating.
