Chris Wallace made the comment that this impeachment trial is like watching the move Groundhog Day.Same tired talking points over and over and over.I haven’t watched any of it but I believe him.

If even you know what’s in the notes, what’s the problem? And why didn’t Sondland testify to what is in them? And why didn’t the Dems act according to what they claim is their solemn duty and go to court to get them?

A shame for the Dems that not one of them actually had any facts to testify to except Sondland to whom Trump said there’s no quid pro quo.

Except he sure remembered that Trump denied there was a quid pro quo and that he wanted “nothing” in exchange for the money. He was as clear as clear gets on that. And yes, you can, like Schiff, pretend that you knew that both Trump and Sondland actually meant the opposite of what they said.

What a joke this is. The notes making a perjurer out of Sondland are so definitive as to Trump’s guilt that the Dems didn’t even bother to go to Court to get them, and decided to put on a 100% hearsay case instead in which the speculation of Trump opponents is taken for fact.

Of course three times now they took the time, so nobody could miss it, to play the tape of the witness who spoke to Sondland at or about the time of the conversation, and Sondland saaid Trump also directed him to get Zelinski to announce the investigation. Three times! To end the last hope the Dems keep playing the " whole" message over and over
Maybe they will play it 3 more times

America knows Trump is concealing guilt. The polls show it. That’s all that is going on here.
The notes don’t make Sondland a perjurer They confirm the witnesses account of the conversation with Sondland.
The GOP has no case here. The Trump lawyers are about to bury those Senators. Those Senators have to vote perfect phone call and zero wrong doing. Lol.
There should be a dispenser to break egg on their faces when that happens. And their exploding shoes should go bang

So, to be clear, you don’t believe Trump did anything wrong in attempting to extort Ukraine to investigate his political enemies by withholding funding earmarked by Congress and keeping the withholding a secret, but you believe that Biden “thwarted an investigation by having the prosecutor of his son’s company fired”. Basically, you ignore the overwhelming evidence pointing towards Trump’s guilt AND ignore the evidence that exonerates Biden.

It is worth remembering this when you discuss Church teachings as it is painfully obvious your own political views color your thinking on a whole variety of issues.

Yes, this is the sole reason the democrats have wanted this impeachment. We are in the final countdown
to the 2020 election. This is their last chance to start putting the nails in President Trump’s coffin that they
started building as Al Green said - “during the primaries”. They do not want to lose this next election so they are actually doing what they have accused President Trump of doing - they are trying to influence
the 2020 election. They believe they are very clever.
Their strategy is devious.

It seems odd to me that saying this would be flag worthy, but people seem to have a free pass to make up whatever they want about Biden. I guess it shows who is doing the flagging.

Russia. We live in the USA.

It seems to me the democrat party is projecting their
own sins onto our President.

They have so much vitriol for this man and they will
pull out all the stops to destroy him. Really says a lot about our country.

Do you know what upsets me about this process? California’s 28th congressional district has more than 200,000 citizens who meet the constitutional requirements to represent them in Congress, and the best they could do was Adam Schiff. What does that say about them?
