I complimented you. At least you tried to see how hearsay fit into the impeachment. Or didn’t. Spasm I what I do when people blurt it out and have no idea what they are saying. But argue it dispositive
 
Wonder why you should be impressed at the length of a sentence… People who shop at Walmart shouldn’t be able to communicate with liberals??? Did I do something wrong besides leaving out the comma after the salutation?

In this case the murder weapon was Sondland’s own words… when Sondland asked President Trump what he wanted from Ukraine what did he answer? I want NOTHING, I want no quid pro quo. I want him (president of Ukraine) to do what he ran on. I want him to do the right thing… (Smoking gun)

Sondland’s statement is exculpatory. Why are his notes necessary to the Dems? Do they want to impeach him with them? If so, they should have attempted that back when he testified. Why should they question his veracity now when they didn’t then?

If there is any such thing as executive privilege, it isn’t “hiding the evidence fair and square”. It’s a constitutional right and it’s wrong to denigrate it in that way.

I have faith in the Dems to keep this going endlessly with “witnesses” who are unbelievable like Parnas or whose testimony is unknown like Bolton.

I think you know, counselor, that the jury is not asked to investigate an alleged crime on its own. That’s what the Dems are asking the Senate to do. I think you know too that if a party doesn’t bother to do discovery, he can’t stop the trial in mid-stream and demand it then.

Adam, Nancy, Schumer, Nadler., etc, all need prayers.

To me this is a lot like the “insurance policy” of Brennan, Clapper, Strzok, McCabe, Comey, etc. This is something that should never have even come close to happening. There needs to be preventive legislation to at least discourage corruption this serious. The Biden case should tell us no governmental official should be allowed to engage government business that can affect his relatives. And for goodness sake, why should a Vice President’s son be allowed to ride on Air Force Two for business purposes? If any of the Trumps do this sort of thing, I say the same thing.

You missed the witness who Sondland relayed that message to.
After Trump began with his self serving unsolicited blurt of no quid pro quo, he then said get the commitment for the investigation announcement.
The Dems did a great job showing that is the entire message not just the snippet.
And there are contemporanius notes showing it. Guess what! Trump ordered they not be produced. Wonder why? Lol

Can’t imagine a more powerful case with everyone in the Trump government telling the same story.
Military officers with purple hearts, West Point grads who are decorated combat vets. One after another.
Doesn’t get much stronger than that.
America knows Trump acted curuptly.

Sondland testified he himself was denied the right to review his notes that he asked for and he could not be precise.
One of the things he was not precise was the witness he relayed the quid pro quo statement to. Who testified from memory .He recounted the quid pro quo statement and then Trump saying but get them to commit to the public Biden announcement.( No quid pro quo but yes quid pro quo)
That guys notes are wrongly withheld. There can be no privilege, their content is in the record. But the full statement is in them.
So
The records are hidden that show the no quid pro quo defense is a lie.

Meanwhile both Schumer and a Nadler repeated verbatim each other’s statements even though each of them was addressing a different indictment. Yeah this is legit all right🙄
