This is all posturing by the activist lower courts trying to force the supreme court to rule in their favor where this will inevitably will end up. They figure “strength in numbers”

Notice this battle is being fought in the most unusual places. Utah, Idaho, Indiana…

There is a reason for that.

This battle is being fought on stronghold fronts. California is liberal, and prop 8 was passed. One could see where some homosexual activists blamed Mormon influence from Utah. Utah has interesting marriage history as well with the issue of polygamy. Idaho recently had it’s laws against gay “Marriage” overturned. Some of the most conservative states with the majority of the public against gay marriage are the ones being forced to recognize the “marriages”.

Ah, I see. If I know Indiana, they will probably pass a bill that says that they won’t enforce the federal government’s decision. They were going to do that with regards to the Second Amendment after Obama threatened executive orders after Sandy Hook.

One would hope. But I’d settle for fluoride in the water and some sort of law against tattoos.😃
