Thanks for the post and God bless you too
I am more interested in the question I posed earlier, that perhaps, will be brought into light
In terms of human dignity, the following spring to mind. Hope that’s what you meant
Mankind honoured
[17:70] We have honoured the children of Adam; provided them with transport on land and sea; given them for sustenance things good and pure; and conferred on them special favours, above a great part of our creation.
[64:3] He has created the heavens and the earth in just proportions, and has given you shape, and made your shapes beautiful: and to Him is the final Goal
Intellect crowning glory
[2:31] And He taught Adam the nature of all things; then He placed them before the angels, and said: “Tell me the nature of these if ye are right.”
Equality of sexes
[16:97] Whoever works righteousness, man or woman, and has Faith, verily, to him will We give a new Life, a life that is good and pure and We will bestow on such their reward according to the best of their actions
Intimacy of man with God and superiority above angels
[38:72] “When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him.”
Mankind are all brethren
[4:1] O mankind! reverence your Guardian-Lord, who created you from a single person, created, of like nature, His mate, and from them twain scattered (like seeds) countless men and women;- reverence God, through whom ye demand your mutual (rights), and (reverence) the wombs (That bore you): for God ever watches over you.
“O people! Your Creator is one; you are from the same ancestor; all of you are from Adam, and Adam was created from earth.” [Muslim]
Relations with all people
[60:8] God forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for God loveth those who are just.
“People are God‟s children and those dearest to God are the one‟s who treat His children kindly.” [Tabrizi]
One day the Prophet was sitting with his companions in Madinah when a funeral procession passed by. The Prophet stood up. His Companions pointed out that it was the funeral of a Jew, that is, a non-Muslim. The Prophet replied: ‘Was he not a human being?’ (Fathul Bari, 3/214)
Respect for Christianity
A deputation of Christians from Najran … When the delegation arrived in Medina they entered the mosque while the apostle was holding his afternoon prayers. When the time arrived for their own prayers they stood up in the mosque of the apostle and made their devotions; and the apostle of Allah said, ‘It is permitted.’ And they prayed with their faces towards the east.
Hope that helps
