Man, however, is a bit of an aberration of his environment. And therefore can not be completely from it.
Good point. For example, many humans are appalled and revolted by the violence displayed in nature, “red in tooth and claw”.

Sounds just like Einstein and relativity. Why? to avoid God…

I’ve never been there, but I think New York might be the centre of the universe.

Yet an evolutionary formed brain is not a reliable truth detector, so how can they be certain?

?

Relativity doesn’t have a position on God, but Einstein seems to have been at least vaguely deistc.

Tell us they don’t hold up when someone in your family dies from an antibiotic-resistant bacterial infection.

“Atheism is so senseless. When I look at the solar system, I see the earth at the right distance from the sun to receive the proper amounts of heat and light. This did not happen by chance.” “The true God is a living, intelligent and powerful being.” -Sir Isaac Newton
I read somewhere that there are over 300 physical “constants”, any of which didn’t exist, would render life of earth impossible. The distance the earth is from the sun is one of them. Another is the existence of the surface tension of water, without which plants could not draw water up from the earth through their roots.

The Bible says Christ literally rose from the dead. Science says that impossible. Which should I believe - the Bible or science?

Forgive my ignorance, but how is believing that life on earth evolved from microbes useful to applied science?

No, no. It’s New Jersey. There’s a secret group that runs the planet.

Ed 🙂

The influence of Darwinism has been staggering. Who knew a fairy tale could be so powerful?

Which has nothing to do with evolution. That is why drug discovery costs so much and takes so long.

It has to be repeated endlessly. That’s why it qualifies as propaganda.

Besides that, if we are just a complex collection of molecules that is here today and gone tomorrow, why should we five two hoots about how we formed? Atheists cling to and promote evolution as if it’s vitally important information.

Vitally important for promoting atheism. All that matters is reproduction, but people in the US are bombarded by companies, and media, that encourage us not to do that.

How does antibiotic therapy depend on the claim that man evolved from microbes?

I’m not really into reading science-fiction. Real science is much more interesting, I think.
If you can say that about a book you know nothing about, I can say thing about all those ID nonsense books. But there is one difference. I have actually read the books I am commenting on,

It worse than propaganda - it’s a full-blown cult … that has become so big that it’s become cult-ure.

Nothing to do with evolution? You sure you know what evolution means?

You’re ruining it for everyone else. They’re not supposed to know it’s nothing more than “my teacher said it’s true.” No need to think it’s true just accept it.
