The anglerfish has a specialized illuminated fishing lure that it uses to attract prey… how did the anglerfish survive waiting for evolution to evolve this lure ?
Just a comment (have no answer to the question) … AWEsome! Is there no end to God’s inventiveness and (apologies to the anglerfish) sense of humour?

To answer my own question — no, it’s infinite.😃

Not true as the study of the evolution of bacteria and viruses and cancer cells is just one area whereas it has helped us medically.
The theory that all life on earth evolved from microbes has no scientific application at all - it’s as useless and irrelevant as a fairy tale.

I has have a graduate degree in anthropology and taught the subject for 30 years. The only fossil that I personally held in my hand was a roughly 6 foot dinosaur rib.
In other words, your knowledge of fossils is “second-hand” and relies on someone else’s opinon - most likely atheists who believe with all their minds and hearts that microbe-human evolution is an indisputable fact. Sounds like you’ve been indoctrinated into the teachings of the cult of evolution and have never questioned what you’ve been taught.

Lucy, whose feet bones were missing but ended up with human ones … because human foot-prints were found preserved in nearby rock. You’ve got to admire evolutionists respect for scientific rigour.

But evolution can perform magic. A rodent evolved into a whale, remember?

Yes, it’s so obvious that atheism is behind it all. It’s both sad and disturbing that so many Catholics can’t see the connection and have subsequently fallen for the nonsense.

Man is the measure of all things definition. A statement by the ancient Greek philosopher Protagoras. It is usually interpreted to mean that the individual human being, rather than a god or an unchanging moral law, is the ultimate source of value.”
I didn’t realize “Man is the measure of all things” went back that far; i thought it was coined during the Renaissance. Well, there is nothing new under the sun.

Some left the trees to go fishing; others left to go surfing. Then there were others who wanted to build a university.

Chimps beat humans into space, don’t forget. And I’m pretty sure chimps invented the pocket knife and the first laser beam. They are evolving so quickly!

I think NASA would probably like the idea of space gills.Unfortunately they are going to have to wait millions and millions of years for that to happen.
Damnation! We don’t have that long to waiit! Hopefully Punctated Equilibrium will kick in and help hurry things along. But wait … aren’t there skin-divers who have evolved rudimentary gills? And let’s not forget the “gills” Dobzhansky saw in the human embryo!

Yeah, right … in a million years’ time, human beings might run 100 meters in one second.

Why is it that so many people on these message boards believe that the overwhelming number of scientists who specialize in this area are so ignorant, dishonest, or both?
I would say they are seriously deluded and deceived (believing it to be a fact that all life evolved from microbes). Their errors and bias stem from there.

If the evolution of man happen in let’s say Alaska, then man would not have lost its fur?
Maybe not - there are plenty of furry primates that inhabit hot regions. Eskimos aren’t hairy at all.

There are 3 or 4 hardcore “anti-evolution” folks.
They’re so unevolved! I feel very sorry for them. Isn’t here some kind of mediaction they can take?

I can’t believe you ascribed this quote to me!

Have you appropriated my conspiracy theroy? If so, there is copyright to consider and you will be hearing from my lawyer.:grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Wiki was founded by an atheist and it reflects atheist doctrine … just like the scientific community, in fact.

How many morpholigcal changes are needed to get from the chimp to human foot?
A lot - but nothing that the science of countless assumptions, wild speculations, vivid imagination and millions of years can’t explain.

Being trained to believe that humans evolved from microbes doesn’t help a biologist at all. It’s just useless brainwashing.
