Since the fall all wickedness is probably genetic or something that would indicate it is a natural condition for a rebellious creation. Growing old and dying is a pretty big downer as well.

I think if the gay scientists or whoever do find genetic proof for gayness and other sinful activities and dispositions, basically all that will proove is that man is in a naturally depraved fallen state. So, the bible is right. Thanks for the apologetic bonus science!

That has not been proven. Correlation is not causation.

You can never prove anything. You can only support your claims. And the evidence supports their claims. Unless we misunderstood the evidence and it meant something else. Which at this stage of genetics is possible.

The germ theory of disease has not been proven, just ex termly well supported.

All I’m saying is right now the evidence supports the claim that there is a genetic component to homosexuality. You can feel free to deny it all you want, but the evidence is in and it will only continue to grow and be tweaked.

Any chance you have access to scientific journal database? Are you in university or do you know anyone whom you can borrow their pass? I’m guessing you don’t subscribe to Nature.

I can give you titles and sources of 115 articles. But I do not want to be copying and pasting all of it, I’d just rather you do the search for your self. And then that way you also learn something more.

That wasn’t my point, in fact if you look the social sciences and psychology you may find high numbers of those that are self- indentified as gay, I suspect, the reason is they are trying to figure out what makes them click, which is not necessary a bad thing.

But one thing which is rejected by the “gay” movement, is this idea that many that are self-indentified “gay” have a problem of being self-centered and / or overly concerned about themselves, excluding what the rest of society has to think about the ideas of morality, ordered sexual behavior, natural law, etc. So when a social scientist that is focused more on finding out why they are the way they are that makes their motives suspect.

Not to say that all of their efforts are self-centered or useless.

Please explain how homosexuality is dysfunctional. I have already presented over 40 studies that prove homosexuals and homosexual relationships are no more dysfunctional than heterosexuals and heterosexual relationships. Perhaps you should read the thread thoroughly.
