Is it discriminatory that Airlines only allow pretty flight attendants?

And as a follow up:

They were all delightful. Did a great job. But it would obviously be unfair to ‘grade’ them as to my personal preferences. Which is the problem inherrant in the question: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

In passing, one of them looked unnervingly like she could have been Obama’s younger sister.
