Is it God's fault people go to hell?

Do you think this is supposed to be truly literal?Literal in such a way that God created the choice Adam and Eve made to fall away (against God’s promise of free will)?

Or literal in such a way that basically means every sin we make is God’s choice?Or predestined by him?

Or that it is literal in such a way that it means God somehow created the Fall?
Doesn’t that hint at the Protestant denomination of Calvinism?
