No, because “ Vetus Ordo” can refer to many different Masses.If we are going to apply that term for the post-VII Mass, then we should at least apply the logical-equivalent term for the TLM.
Novus Ordo Missa refers to the CURRENT edition of the Roman Missal, which is currently the Third Edition of the Roman Missal.
Back in in 1963, the Novus Ordo Missa would have been the 1962 missal. In 1966, the Novus Ordo was the 1965 missal. In 1971, the Novus Ordo was the 1979 missal.
Additionally, new Ordos are printed every single year regards to the Liturgy of the Hours & Mass, priests often buy a new Ordo every year.
The Ordo contains the official liturgical calendar for the diocese for that year.
Here is an example of the 2021 Ordo for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

So every year, there is a new Ordo or a Novus Ordo each year. Priests not buy an old Ordo, because it would be out dated.
