We already have sent them back; some 3,000 of them that the administration will admit to. There will be more.

I don’t think the GOP candidates have yet been asked the question from the right perspective. Sooner or later, someone will.
 
The Iraqi government suffered there biggest setback in nearly a year in Ramadi for one very big reason. They were more concerned with successfully integrating Sunni tribesmen into there armed forces than they were in defeating ISIS.

I don’t see how Abadi or anyone else could reasonably expect Sunni tribesmen to fight under Iranian command and control. Likely those tribesmen hate Iran and its Shia Arab militias at least as much as they hate ISIS. On the one hand they and their families can be butchered by ISIS. On the other, they and their families can be butchered by Shiite militias.
 
The headline ought to read, ”Obama’s JV team takes Ramadi: Prepares for the Quarter Finals”
 
This is a major morale builder for ISIS, and once again goes a long way towards restoring their image of invincibility. Unlike the capture of Mosul last year, this time they advanced despite coalition air strikes and overran a city of nearly half a million. Now they’re digging in and fortifying the city.

Yes, it sounds like this is basically a Sunni city.
 
We could do more airstrikes, what I don’t understand is why, when we see the ISIS caravans, why aren’t those hit with airstrikes?? And we aren’t the only ones in the coalition, this pertains to all of the countries.

They had an ISIS victory parade with their vehicles in that formation.

Maybe those kinds of caravans of cars have been hit and of course, Iraq should have an air force though one usually hears about the helicopters.

When Yugoslavia was bombed years ago, I thought those were around the clock airstrikes. I don’t understand why we don’t do the same in this battle.

We/the coalition are bombing much less it seems.

Just saying, not that I really believe in these acts, it takes a lot of study.

I note, there are already stories out there that the US and the Iranians will once again have a sort of partnership and go into Ramadi and try to liberate it.

There is no real “coalition”, at least not one that the U.S. is in, and the administration is not serious in opposing ISIS; at least not at this stage. I genuinely believe Obama is mainly creating the appearance of action because ISIS’ self-published atrocities caused people to loosely demand some kind of action. But I really don’t think he’s serious. I do believe if he could truly enter into an stronger alliance with Iran than just using the USAF as an auxiliary of the Iranian special forces, he would. But that’s just not coming to pass.
 
7, I think Mosul was quite a bit bigger:

Mosul, maybe close to 2 million.
So some of these census figures are old. I don’t know about Rhamadi.
