Islam is the chosen religion of God Almighty .

"This day have I perfected your religion for you and completed My favor upon you and have chosen for you Islam as your religion.” [Quran 5:3]

It’s a practical religion , instructs/ gives us a guidance how to pray to the one true God , how to eat , what to eat , what not to eat , how to wear dress etc etc.

then why specially in US , Muslims are considered as guilty until proven innocent ? Alleged criminals of other faiths are innocent until proven guilty.
what’s wrong if Muslims want to obey God & want to eat lawful foods ? Strange . If u are a believer , u must encourage others to obey God . Just because Christians think every food/drink is lawful , Muslims can’t start thinking like that & eat everything.

Christians don’t want to spread the words of Jesus (p) ?

I remember a remark of an African . It’s like that : when Christians Missionaries came here , we had land & they had Bible . They taught us to close eyes & pray . When we opened eyes , they had our land and we have Bible.

God ordered us not to create corruption . If any Muslim does anything wrong , pl. don’t relate it with Islam . Also , in the France, people can accept illegal mistress of their President , child outside marriage etc but they get fainted if they see a small scarf over a Muslim girl’s head.

not only by birth rate but also because a lot of people are coming to Islam . Despite the hostile media propaganda against Islam , so many people including western Christians men & women are becoming Muslims --Alhamdulillah–Praise be to God only.
How can we even understand you if we even dont know about the Quran… Any verse in Koran that says any LOVE? And why kill… is your God a merciless notorious killer? JIHAD is a very big lie…

what is most terrifying to me is that many former Christians including Catholics even some who are well-rounded and aware of Christian teaching embrace Islam and then go around telling everybody how horrible Christianity is with some even implying that we are going to hell and that our prayers to Jesus are worthless etc. etc. people who don’t know Christ or are misinformed like I was can very easily be led to believe that Islam is the one true religion I know I almost fell for it myself when I did not know Christ I mean I was a stone’s throw from becoming Muslim. And I don’t think Christians are doing enough to counter the many outreach programs that Muslims have and they use them to bash Christianity the best example of this is the deen show. For example check out their latest show that shows a guy rejecting Christianity for Islam. It terrifies me to think that could’ve been me after learning what I know now.

thank you Jesus for putting people in my life who prevented me from going down that road amen!
:angel1: :gopray: :signofcross: :byzsoc: :crossrc:
I haven’t come across a Christian, Catholic or not, who actually was a Christian in practice. Probably are a few, but most of them, no.

For example, there is a guy claiming to be an ex-Catholic priest, lol. However, he produces no proof. mmmmm, funny about that. But he sounds great to the muslims.

Hostile media against Islam yeah there’s some but have you noticed there is just as much bias and propaganda as well as misinformation about Catholicism? The church is always distorted in movies and the media. Why do I think people convert to Islam for the same reason I almost did and that is misinformation. There is an equal amount of propaganda on Muslim web sites that grossly distorts the Bible and Christianity “The Deen Show” is a prime example because they have shows done by former Christians that grossly distort Christianity in the Bible and imply that Christians are going to hell so don’t tell to me about propaganda against Islam because Muslim web sites have plenty of propaganda against Christianity and the Bible as well.

why u think they did so ? Despite the hostile media propaganda agaisnt Islam since centuries , what makes the learned people of other faiths to embrace Islam ?

ummm nuh . In US movies , normally Muslims are portrayed as criminals . Even in a funny movie , negative Muslims characters are there to give people a bad impression on Islam .
The Deen Show" is a prime example
Is it on Peace TV channel ? I don’t think this Islamic chaneel is available everywhere like other non-Islamic channels.

Catholics are portrayed as criminals also not only movies but real life as well especially our priests and nuns.

no it’s not even a channel it’s a web site and it should be available everywhere.

have u noticed that you are advertising an Islamic site ? 😛

anyway , why u think so many learned Christians i.e. Bishops/ pastors/ priests became Muslims ? They knew about their religion very well , they studied Islam & then refused to worship Jesus (p) as God . I guess , u don’t think Muslims gave them money ?

btw who is ST AHMED ?

I’m not advertising anything thank you you asked me what I was talking about so I answered your question. But that web site does have a lot of distortions about the Bible and Christianity and I do want to make Christians aware of that. So yeah I’m drawing attention to this issue of distortion

I. don’t pay attention to Catholics who reject the church it saddens me but I find they are often either misinformed or are purposely distorting our faith in order to mislead people. There are some men who are former Muslims who have become priests too.
btw who is ST AHMED ?
He was a former Muslim who converted to Christianity and as a result he was beheaded under the authority of the Ottoman Empire so he became a saint in the Orthodox Church. Look him up

he did not change his name ? Ahmed is another name of the last Prophet (pbuh) , meaning the Chosen one.

yes he did change his name however because he was executed so soon after his conversion his Christian name has been lost therefore they were forced to use his Arabic name. I do believe he was chosen by God to set an example for Christians which is why he is an Orthodox saint.

yeah and Peter was perfect too right?I don’t care he is still an inspiration to me because he reminds me that I’m a sinner too therefore he is a role model as one of my Turkish saints and there aren’t a lot of Turkish saints in the Catholic Church that I’m aware of so I chose him. So far I know of only one Turkish Saint in the entire Catholic Church but because my second language is Turkish I wanted some Turkish saints.

Europe has descended into the Dar al-Harb, or the “House of War” in the Muslim terms for all that lies outside the “house of submission”, or Dar al-Islam. Europe’s governments refuse to rule, that is, refuse to enforce their own laws because they fear violence on the part of Muslim immigrant communities who refuse to accept these laws. “No-go” zones proliferate that non-Muslims dare not enter. In the United Kingdom, according to evidence presented by respected journalists and public-interest organizations, Muslim community organizations, Muslim police officers and medical personnel collaborate to stop women from escaping domestic violence.
What a complete load of rubbish!!! Have you ever been to Europe? Who are these “respected journalists”. I can just imagine who the “public-interest organisations” are.
This thread is nothing more than a revolting incitement to hatred - a feeding frenzy of paranoid delusion. Some of you should travel a bit more and you may just find that the world is not in fact the awful place you seem to need it to be!

sorry I misunderstood what you were trying to say because I have had people try to put him down before. They tried to say that he is not a good example for a saint.

If you read about this Saint, you will see he didn’t have time to change his name before they (the justice loving muslims) beheaded him. Whether he would have is, therefore, a mute (or dead) point.

In the interests of a fair and balanced debate perhaps mention should be made of the atrocities carried out by Christians against Muslims.
The “Holy” Crusades spring to mind. Christian eye-witness accounts describe wholesale slaughter of entire Muslim cities - men, women and children. The “Christian” knights were particularly adept at roasting Muslim children over a spit. All in the name of Jesus apparently.

In the interests of a fair and balanced debate perhaps some mention should be made about the 300 years of war, genocide, ethnic cleansing, enslavement of Christians before the first Crusade.

In the interests of a fair and balanced debate perhaps some mention should be made of the continual razzias into Christendom and slaughter, enslavement etc. of Christians for hundreds of years before and after the first Crusade.

In the interests of a fair and balanced debate perhaps we can then start on the 1400 year islamic slave trade where 90% of those enslaved died on route, where whole communities were wiped out to get the “best” slaves, where men were castrated so they could mind the sex slaves held in islamic cities.

Then, in the interests of a fair and balanced debate, we could move on to India where millions were slaughtered and enslaved again by muslims.

In the interests of a fair and balanced debate, I think you are referring to one city…the “rivers of blood”. Unfortunate, but not unusual in that time in battle, and well, it was a defensive action.

In fact, it’s well over time for a fair and balanced debate to be had about the vile islamic imperialism launched by mohammet 1400 years ago and still ongoing.

So you believe spit roasting of children to be an “unfortunate” incident!!!

Okay you want to bring up the Crusades do you? Perhaps you should mention that it was a Muslim ruler that started the Crusades by denying Christians access to Jerusalem and burning down one of our most holy sites in Jerusalem. The difference between Christians and Muslims is that atrocities were not sanctioned by our church if in fact they did happen. Contrast that, with Mohammed who wiped out entire towns by ordering that all men, women, children be killed in the name of his religion.
