I definitely think that common ground can only be found by first jettisoning both the completely absurd Israeli war propaganda, which is the official narrative of Western media, along with the equally absurd belief that Hamas are innocent angels. I think that as Catholics we should be able to cut through all the lies we’re being spoon fed and just generally hang on tight to our decency, lest we get caught up and carried away in all the pro-bloodshed/no mercy hyperbole.Let me see if I understand what you are saying, you would find it more profitable to address the greater good than addressing the lesser evil in order to find common ground in this discussion ?

I have to ask how you found this source at all reliable? The PM of Turkey referred to the sovereign nation of Israel as a terror state, while simultaneously comparing the predominantly Jewish nation to Hitler, fascism, and the Nazis. Yeah, I often wonder about that, too. I think it might be because the Holy Land just seems like the center of the world in many ways, and so there are a lot of Western people who are very interested in what goes on there. That’s my best guess, anyway.
