I hope it’s not too old-fashioned; I have pretty much the same point of view. I figure it’s my job to let the guy know that I would say yes if he asked me…but it’s his job to ask. Or something like that.Yeah, I think he was uncertain. But all the signs were there! That’s sort of my point…Maybe he should have risked it and said something? Men don’t always have to make the first move, but it just seems more in their nature to do so. I know that I’ve always expected it. Otherwise, I’m never sure if he really likes me or not. A man has gotta prove to me that he has the guts and the focus and the interest to be a good husband to me and father to my kids. Part of that is taking risks, risking rejection. That’s just how I see it, I know that kind of view pretty old fashioned these days.
(And yes, I may have a particular person in mind when I say that, lol.)
