But so is this. Look up cornerstone. Jesus is the cornerstone. The Apsotles and Prophets are built into Him to make the foundation.

What distracted has written is not consistent with the teaching of the Catholic Church. Not all Catholics reject what scripture says on this matter, only those that don’t know any better.

Christ is the cornerstone,without a corner stone , no matter how sturdy the other stones are, the building will crumble. Without Christ the Church has no cheif stone to hold it together.

Peter clearly says Jesus is the cornerstone. You say He’s not, Peter is.
