Yes I do and I do not apologize for this belief as the Bible teaches it and the Church proclaims it.

A Christian must never apologize or be politically correct about what the Bible and the Church proclaim to be Truth.Yes I do and I do not apologize for this belief as the Bible teaches it and the Church proclaims it.

Cool, but I still say that it is not much of a prophacy if it only means “young woman.” Lots of young women conceive a child. It is when a virgin does it that it makes news.Actually, that word (in Hebrew, at least) didn’t mean just ANY young woman, but ‘young woman of royal birth’ …in this case, of the line of David.
That narrows it down a bit.
Of course. Anyone who does not believe that the Theotokos was a virgin when giving birth to Christ is a heretic, and has clearly exposed him/herself as such…Just wanna hear from you.![]()
I’m puzzled as to where you got this theory from?Actually, that word (in Hebrew, at least) didn’t mean just ANY young woman, but ‘young woman of royal birth’ …in this case, of the line of David.
That narrows it down a bit.
HiIf you did a DNA test on Jesus, what would the results be? Maaaaan, I can’t wait to get to HEaven
Actually, I know at least two people who were born to virgins. Modern medical science can do it very easily.Hi everybody!
Thanks a lot for your response. It is really refreshing to hear from you especially to those who say ‘yes’ to the question of the thread.
What does this virgin birth means to you? Has anyone ever existed on this earth who was borne of a virgin? Some people quote legends and myths and obviously there were gods and goddesses borne of unnatural means. Can it be said that Jesus falls in this category? Why must he be borne without a human father? Is there any significance to it?
Without a doubt, absolutely! God made flesh had to dwell for nine months and be born of a pure, sinless woman who submitted her life to Him. Virgin and sinless! Perhaps an article on one of our ECF’s would suffice:Just wanna hear from you.![]()
well , angels were there to comfort herHi
Mary delivered the Child herself without the least aid of a midwife
