Forgiveness of sins is different from the idea of forgiveness in Islam. It is not a sin to not believing in Allah or Muhammad. The sins are described in the 10 Commandments which Muhammad thought was ok to redefine. It was not ok to redefine. It is not a sin to thwart Islam. It is not a sin to find Islam disgusting and to say so. Nowhere did I find in any of my readings of the Bible that it is a sin to criticize an ideology such as Islam.

BAsically, the Commandments were Love God and love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus did not say that neighbor meant only believers. And if you loved your neighbor that didn’t mean to go out and steal from them, take their wives and annul their marriages and children, behead the men just because they did not want to be Muslims or give Muhammad and his followers their wealth, lie to them, beat them up, etc.

Muhammad taught that it is ok to redefine the Commandments if it fit his agenda of advancing Islam. But it clearly says that it is not ok to do such a thing. Matt 5: 19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

I believe that Muhammad is one that God calls the least by this passage because of what I posted in the previous paragraph.

Exactly. Look no further for proof of God’s love for everyone than Jesus’ own words while being crucified. “Father forgive them; they do not know what they are doing”. I don’t know how much more of a disbeliever you can be than crucifying Jesus. Yet Jesus loves them, is being crucified for them, and outwardly manifests the love that God has for all His creatures by this saying and by His actions.

How many people, how many different ways do you need to be told the answer? YES!

How can any Muslim put forward the assertion that Allah is YHWH when they don’t even read the Bible or use it only to try to justify the poor behavior put forward by Muhammad? I don’t really want an answer to this question since I don’t think I will get a straight answer. I would like you to think about it.

That’s not true at all. You must accept Christ as the redeemer of the world. As God made flesh to show us the truth. As God made flesh who died on the cross for our sins. Then you must repent of your sins. You must ask Him for forgiveness.

We condemn ourselves to hell by not accepting Christ as God and then by not asking for His forgiveness. If you die unrepentant and outside of Christ…then you (plural) have condemned yourself. It doesn’t mean that God doesn’t love you…It’s that you (plural) don’t love God.

He even loves those that do not love Him…I strongly suggest you read this article that might help you better understand the Christian, and especially Catholic thinking behind this.

It is not ok to lie, to support those who do and to support those who do worse things to others. It is not ok to push forward an ideology that teaches the opposite.

I think you are trying to ‘cover your bases’.

If you have problems with being a Christian and having to live in a Muslim land under Sharia laws where you could be exiled or killed, maybe you need to talk to someone like Sam_777 that says he is a Musim on the outside but a Christian on the inside. Ask him how he copes on a day to day basis.

Maybe there is someone else like Sam_777 that I am not familiar with.

For different reasons in Islam and in Christianity we are told that God knows your heart. In Islam it is a fear based knowing because Allah will throw you in a pit of hell and leave you there if you don’t fight for Allah’s cause, or spread Islam by da’wa which is laced with taqiyya. In Christianity it is because we will forever be away from the love of God. An emptiness that would be unbearable.

In Islam, heaven is nothing but an orgy of mindless sex organs going after virgins and little boys. In Christianity, we are told:

18But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these make a man ‘unclean.’
19For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander.
20These are what make a man ‘unclean’; but eating with unwashed hands does not make him ‘unclean.’ "

You see, Jesus (pbuh) was most certainly not giving permission to his followers to consume pork and blood because verse 11 above is referring to those who eat with unwashed hands, NOT those who consume pork and blood which is forbidden according to the teachings of Jesus (pbuh).

I urge Christians to follow Jesus (pbuh) and stop consuming pork and blood.

Yeah, they want to browbeat us with the idea that Allah is YHWH, and then they turn around and do that. The thing is that the ones who don’t mind do nothing to stop the ones who do the violence.

I urge you to reread what you are posting. I think you might be a bit embarrassed if you do.

That passage has nothing to do with pork, or washing, etc. It has to do with what goes in doesn’t matter so much as to what goes out of the mouth.

It is what comes out of the mouth that is unclean.

I really go to laugh at how you are distorting those verses. I won’t put a rolling laughing icon - but I almost did. I know that they can be obnoxious and it is enough to just realize the booboo that you made. You are actually proving my point rather than some weird message about obsessive-compulsive type of washing that you guys do. We found out why pork is a problem too and all one has to do is COOK the meat until it is well done, and not eat it raw or medium rare.
