The reference was given to you. It is from the Bible, which is the Word of God. Isaiah is book #27 on the list of books from the Bible that I posted. It’s not from the New Testament. It’s from the Old Testament, which is the Word of God, just as the New Testament is the Word of God.

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. "
[Isaiah 9:6]

You are right - Jesus never married. He is our Father. He is a loving Father who wants all of us to be with Him in Paradise. His name WAS called Wonderful. It’s right there, in that passage from the Bible. He is also called God and the Prince of Peace. What is in the Bible passage was written as a prophecy, long before Jesus came to earth to be born of Mary. Jesus fulfilled that prophecy.

Your correlation is not proper. What is Philipian?? It seems something that is not from Gop and not from Jesus. Please do not show me anything other than that from Jesus himself. You people are drifting into many Lords and prophets beside Jesus whom you have made into a God.

These are the words of one man, John. The other three gospel writers mathew, Luke and Mark did not know these things. These are not the words of Jesus. These are the words of John who is an unknown person. Some say he was a gentile. What do you say?

No, I have all given you the reference that all those gospel writers have said the same thing that Jesus is God. Those other references I put were not only taken from John, but also from synoptical gospels, stating the same thing that Jesus is God.

See that it really starkly points to the same characteristic of God and Jesus…!!!

That is right. Jesus was the great prophet and he had foretold that in his footsteps, more messengers will come. they will be punished and killed and abused. That was correct. But that does not make Jesus as a God.

No, the verses said that He was not foretelling, He obviously said that He is the one who send the prophets, and who else can send prophets but God?

Do not try to make your own flaw logic to bend the words of the obvious clear words of God. I hope you’ll start to see the incredible works of God that all other Christians have seen. The bible are not recorded by only one man as Muhammad , it is a collection of books written by many authors guided by God Himself. To see that all of those different authors from different time can make many references to one man as God revealing Himself to human, can only make people confess that Jesus is indeed God since He is the one that can meet all those characteristics and prophecies.

The problem with Christians however is that they keep insisting instead on giving water from the wells of various Church leaders like Paul.

I’m afraid that Muslims are just not thirsty enough to want to drink from those polluted wells.

I’d love to know the answer to that one, too! Why don’t they trash St. Peter, St. James et al the same way they trash St. Paul? St. Peter and St. James both have epistles in the NT and both obviously believed that Jesus is God, but I’ve yet to see a Muslim make such derogatory comments about them.

Really. I haven’t mentioned St. Paul in any post I have written on this or any other forum in my entire life.

That being said, Paul is in heaven, in God. He is a saint. There. Now I’ve mentioned St. Paul. Well, actually I guess I mentioned him when I said I hadn’t mentioned him. :whacky:

So do you guys ever answer the serious questions that are put to you? I’m asking because, although I haven’t been participating in this thread for very long, I have yet to see a serious response from a Muslim. All I’ve seen are confusing quips.

OK, say I’m a Muslim and I suddenly believe that a prophet has come after Muhammad. That takes me outside the fold of Islam (according to you). What happens to me? I mean, are there any repercussions? Am I shunned or anything like that? Does anything else happen to my family and myself?

This is a serious question.
