How about “with great pleasure?”How about having her fired? I believe this would be “with cause”.
Sadly, there are those who claim to be Catholics who will agree with her – look at the figure of 47% voting for a pro-abortion candidate (who also claims to be a Catholic.)From her blog:
“On the bright side, 47% of Catholic voters nationwide went for Kerry. Take that, overbearing archdiocesan leaders with political agendas! And don’t plan on hearing about it in the confessional, either! … After Kerry’s speech yesterday, I went online and started signing up for e-mail bulletins from every pro-choice, women’s rights and peace organization I could think of.”
Someone please can this woman, how can she even call herself a Catholic. She had restrained jubilation at Pope John Paul II passing.
Then to show she has zero integrity goes back and deletes her comments.what a coward!
I believe its a play on the name of our citys “Anchorage” Alaska. We’re located on a deepwater inlet/port.Am I the only one that sees the irony that she works for the “Catholic Anchor”? I’m assuming that the title was intended to say that it will be a place where you can anchor your faith, an unmovable rock of truth.
Yet… she wants to tear down the Church rather than strengthen it.
And ironically, she “began work at the paper September 8th” – on the feast of the Nativity of Our Lady.John Paul II’s relation ship with the Mother of God seems to contradict the Misogynist label![]()
