Nope. You apparently are not following my posts.Sure, you are making the assessment of his suitability based upon your judgement of his guilt, by presumption, in the assault.

You have not yet demonstrated there is gender discrimination in admission to colleges or professional schools at all. When there does not seem to be any as indicated by the numbers, there is no reason why I should assume there is.What would the percentage be if there were no discrimination?
This is from a deputy assistant attorney general in the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Policy. The “FBI should investigate” is a total misunderstanding of the role of the FBI and proper legal jurisdiction.
Ironic that an administration that has promoted extreme vetting of every immigrant that steps foot on American soil would not want it done for the most powerful office in the country.I served as a deputy assistant attorney general in the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Policy. In the role, I supervised the vetting of about 300 judicial nominees and reviewed the FBI’s background investigation report for each nominee.
One would assume 50%. Since it is already much higher than that, are we to presume reverse discrimination?Ridgerunner:![]()
Why not?Nonsense. When the majority of people in professional schools are women, for that matter when the majority in colleges are women, you can’t credibly claim that women are blocked from advancement by gender discrimination.
- What would the percentage be if there were no discrimination?
It has been done. Six times already.Ironic that an administration that has promoted extreme vetting of every immigrant that steps foot on American soil would not want it done for the most powerful office in the country.
According to stats from the NCES, only about 37.8% of males go on to attend post-secondary institutions while 43.2% of women do.dvdjs:![]()

In fact, we might invoke some kind of appeal to “women’s privilege” – instead of white privilege – since women basically control the entire education system up to college. The evidence for a kind of institutional sexism preventing boys from doing well in school up to high school is even stronger than the supposed institutional racism benefiting whites.
Let’s do look at success and failure rates comparing boys and girls through primary and secondary institutions, it might be revelatory.
This allegation? If new evidence comes forth, you think there should be no further investigation. In light of his denial, there might even be perjury involved. I would think this would warrant further investigation. It has been done. Six times already.

was about “ambassadors, partners in law firms, multi-millionaires, elected officials to national and statewide office, research physicians, publishing professors”.If I didn’t know women who became ambassadors, partners in law firms, multi-millionaires, elected officials to national and statewide office, research physicians, publishing professors, your article might make a person think the patriarchy tales are true.
What on earth are you talking about? What about your teaching career? Have you been discriminated against in the teaching profession and if so, how and what is your proof that you were?
If this event didn’t come up in the last six investigations I’d be inclined to believe that it didn’t happen, or didn’t happen as described by the accuser. This allegation?
Testimony, by its very nature, is evidence. The “testimony” will contain zero actual evidence.
What are you propagating the pivot from career advancement to college attendance?According to stats from the NCES
What is success?Given that female success is higher among whites, blacks and Hispanics,
Possibly - in the widest sense of individual choice.there seems to be a pattern of discrimination, no?
Actually I haven’t made such a claim. You claim there is gender discrimination.
I haven’t attempted to do so. I am busy dispelling irrelevant arguments against the propositionBut you haven’t proved it or presented anything to defend it.
Why is my personal life of any interest in this conversation? If you’re not a teacher, then never mind. But if you are, then have you been discriminated against in your profession and if so, how?
Well, that’s what was agreed upon. But her testimony will contain no evidence other than her own statement.
Since you have not supported your argument in any other way, I thought perhaps that would give you the opportunity to speak to it. But you don’t want to, so fine. Why is my personal life of any interest in this conversation?
I posted an interesting article with an interesting viewpoint. Rather than disagreeing with the article, you disagreed with me. Then you made your questions about my personal life. That is inappropriate.I realize you like to express yourself in a way you think allows you to disavow your statements when you’re challenged,
If the FBI missed Kavanaugh’s involvement in an organized rape ring during 6 separate investigations, they should change the name to the Federal Bureau of Incompetence and completely abolish the agency. This allegation? If new evidence comes forth, you think there should be no further investigation.
