So what do the conspiracy theorists say happened to the seized “evidence”? Is the Army also in on the conspiracy?

Why should they show all their hand until lawsuits are
actually filed? As they said at the beginning of the press conference, that was their opening statement.
They aren’t going to divulge the bulk of their evidence in a presser. That will be shown in the courtroom whenever that occurs. It will take time.

There is not much time left. Filing at the last minute will be too late. I suspect Giuliani, being paid by the day, has a financial motive to make it seem like the next big suit, THE suit, is right around the corner. He is, after all, still a lawyer.
 
I expect lawsuits to be filed in the next 2 weeks sometime. I have no idea how it will play out after that.

Most states, including Pennsylvania, will have certifed by then. The electors are chosen by Dec 6.

Rudy’s son has tested positive.

The entire Trump legal team is now quarantined.

To provide more details, Rudy’s son either works for the campaign or the WH as has had extensive contact with whole team.
 
As I said, in the next 2 weeks, it could be Monday. I am sure the lawyers are aware of the time constraints.

In all fairness though, the lead lawyer did not know he was holding a briefing at a landscaping company next to an adult bookstore. I went to the street view. It was most interesting. I like the fact there was an actual event venue, of a sorts, across the street, next to the crematorium.

So, I would not assume a lot of awareness. None of this bunch are election specialists.
 
Apparently few of them have heard the old saw “The devil’s in the details” either.
