Absolutely. I was stuck with a full out THERE IS NO KING ARTHUR FLOUR IN A 50 MILE RADIUS FOR A MONTH zone and had to use a ‘generic’ flour. Baked a loaf so pitiful you could hear it WHIMPER in the oven. Tossed remainder. Was able to find KA (thank you Lord) and am so looking forward to the weekend and the weekly bread baking. I use a recipe handed down (by word of mouth of course) from my grandmother; eggs, milk, butter, cardamom; that’s my ‘white bread’ special. Can’t wait!
