Don’t describe them.

Describe the ideas.

Professor.
Ok, people who claim racism and have no facts to back up their claims. In my experience, well over 90% of these people tend to support democrat candidates. For example, there was a poster on these forums who claimed that Trump’s response to Puerto Rico was due to racism. When pressed for facts, the poster fell very silent. This is not an uncommon problem. So one has to question whether people want an intelligent conversation or whether they are just pushing an agenda.

You may be right. Trump’s awful response to Puerto Rico may not have been racist, but just about how it affects him. He hasn’t been on the ball in California either.

So, you want him to drop fire retardant from Air Force One?

Or, he could send the U.S. Army to pick up the fallen tree branches so they don’t burn. [But the California governor doesn’t believe in doing that.]

I think that may have been me. I didn’t have the “data” that you required to show that Trump acts like a racist so I quietly left. I’m not sure what data you require besides the words that come out of his mouth.

To put it nicely, Trumps has a history of acting as if he doesn’t like Hispanics very much. I can’t make you see what’s there in front of you so I give up.

If you don’t have data to confirm your hypothesis, then that you at least make you reflect a little deeper on your opinions. Now, on your hypothesis that Trump doesn’t like hispanics, has he said anything about hispanics in general? Or is he racist because he has criticized people who happen to be hispanic?

Do I really need to trot out the Mexicans are rapists quotes?

After being told that two men beat and urinated on a Hispanic homeless man in his name he said:
““It would be a shame,” Mr. Trump said, before adding: “I will say that people who are following me are very passionate. They love this country and they want this country to be great again. They are passionate.””
Here’s a tweet (this isn’t even a dog whistle, it’s white supremacist talk):
Sadly, the overwhelming amount of violent crime in our major cities is committed by blacks and hispanics-a tough subject-must be discussed.

He called Mexico our enemy.

Remember U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel? His authority was questioned because he’s Mexican American.

Did he say all Mexicans are rapists?

The first question I would ask is whether or not it is true. The the data support his claim, then it is a problem worthy of serious discussion. Not something that ought to be ignored. If they commit most of the crime then we should try and figure out why. If they don’t, then I would agree that it would be a racist stereotype.

If I recall correctly, his authority was not questioned, but his impartiality was questioned. Certainly, one can raise the question of bias without being a racist. In fact, one should not treat anyone any differently because of his race or ethnicity.

For many many years, Donald Trump as an owner of resort hotels and golf courses has employed somewhere around 20,000 people. And about 10,000 people as consultants.

About 30,000 people total.

And many of them are lower paid people.

And they all seem to like him.

Well, one of them got interviewed … a mechanic helper … he was touching up the engine cowling screws on his airplane to get rid of the screw driver scratches. He did an especially nice neat job and hoped that maybe Mr. Trump would notice and hire him.

I guess if Trump was a lousy boss, people would complain about him.

Trump’s DC Hotel Tagged With $5 Million in Unpaid Worker Liens

USA TODAY exclusive: Hundreds allege Donald Trump doesn’t pay his bills
At least 60 lawsuits, along with hundreds of liens, judgments, and other government filings reviewed by the USA TODAY NETWORK, document people who have accused Trump and his businesses of failing to pay them for their work. Among them: a dishwasher in Florida. A glass company in New Jersey. A carpet company. A plumber. Painters. Forty-eight waiters. Dozens of bartenders and other hourly workers at his resorts and clubs, coast to coast. Real estate brokers who sold his properties. And, ironically, several law firms that once represented him in these suits and others.

Trump’s companies have also been cited for 24 violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act since 2005 for failing to pay overtime or minimum wage, according to U.S. Department of Labor data. That includes 21 citations against the defunct Trump Plaza in Atlantic City and three against the also out-of-business Trump Mortgage LLC in New York. Both cases were resolved by the companies agreeing to pay back wages.

A consultant is a non-employee employee.

Might be a temp.

Might be someone who is too old … over the hill, but needs a paycheck.

So you help the person out … part-time, work not too taxing, take advantage of his/her life experience, keep him/her off the street.

Or he could just do what normal Presidents do in such circumstances.

If I NEED a paycheck, Trump would be the last person I’d work for, given his track record.
