And that verse is where exactly?

Praying means to ask or request. You’re making it to be a synonym for worship which isn’t Biblical at all. I suggest you stop adding to the Word of God.

“Joshua said unto Achan, My son, give, I pray thee, glory to the LORD God of Israel” (Joshua 7:19)

“Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee” (Genesis 13:8)

"Saul drew near to Samuel in the gate, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, where the seer’s house is. (1 Samuel 9:18)

And where does this conflict with what the Saints in Heaven do after we request (pray) their help from God?
Oh my goodness…the “thee” means YOU…Please.

We can also ask other people to pray for us like this:
Hail, Mary, full of grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of they womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners now and in the hour of our death.

In the first part, I simply quoted scripture. In the second part, I asked Mary to pray for all of us (not just myself). So, I interceded for you by asking Mary to intercede for all of us. She’ll take my request, adding her own, straight to Jesus.

No problems with any of that, right?
I pray for people, I use their name…For example…Father, I ask You to bless Randy and his family as only You are able to do. I pray that if there are any needs that they need met You meet them. I askYou to hold them in Your care until that day, and reveal Yourself in a real and personal way…In Jesus name I pray…Amen That is how I pray and that is my prayer for you.

Great…and thanks.

Mary might use similar words in her prayers for you.

That was not rock mucis:p
I think this song is a reminder that Mary also suffered and deserves honor.

 and you called my song Rock?😉
Not people really understand the suffering that Mary endured.

Which scripture says that I must pray through only Jesus?

I ask because -I like to pray to St. Michael the Archangel sometimes to: “by the Divine Power of God -
cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits,
who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.”

Is this a against he Word of God?
In Tim. 2:5 It says…For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the name is Christ Jesus;

There are also scriptures in Heb. 8:6, 9:15, 12:24 Michael the Archangel prays through Jesus, so that sould tell you something. In Jude verse 9 it says…Yet Michael the archangel when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation but said…The Lord rebuke thee. Jesus had not been here yet but even so he, Michael did not take satan on head to head, but rebuked him in the Lord
…then the body of Moses was recovered. If you wand to pray ’ By the Divine Power of God, I rebuke the powers of hell and all the evil spirits who roam through the world seeking the ruin of souls . Satan has NO power over me or my family, and I stand firmly on your Word. I ask that you put a hedge around about us and hold us close to your heart…I ask ALL these things in the name of Jesus. Amen End your prayer, in the name of Jesus.
Just do not pray through anyone but Jesus. God loves us and wants us to talk to Him. He just has given us a way to do it. Its not hard or complicated. I hope this helps you. God bless you and may the light of Christ shine on you…In Jesus name…Amen

It was just beautiful…It should have make you weep, and be greatful and worship the King of Kings…No relevence to this thread…but relevent to my heart. Did you see the Passion of the Christ…most of it was from that…You really missed the whole thing. I never really felt sorry for you until now, but I really do. I feel sorry for you.

Mary suffered as any mother that is losing a child, and in such a horrific manner…but she had no part of the redemption picture. Any mother that has lost a child can empethize with her, but there is no reason to “honor” her. Weep with her, feel for her lose, but this does not bring honor. Only thing I disagree with. The rest was great.

would love to hear some of your heavy metal…screaming blues …never heard that. And you thought the music in the video was loud, or whatever you said. Yea, right.

I did, when you are saying the Hail Mary over and over and over and over, what are you praying for, or to, or is it just to honor Mary…WE used to say it to get indulgences, as well as pray to Mary…now am I wrong in this or do you pray for absolutly no reason. You see, I don’t pray to Mary anymore…I pray to the one who died for me, or His Father, or the Holy Spirit. and yes…through Jesus…I know my prayers are heard because the Bible tells me they are…It does not say pray to Mary although you do. Please tell me what is the purpose in that.

Did you see the Passion of the Christ…most of it was from that…
Yes, but at least The Passion of the Christ had some decent music from the talented John Debney. ‘Ripping’ the DVD of The Passion just to provide some emotive images as a backdrop to the lyrically and musically -challenged Revelation Song is just plain tacky.

(Probably illegal, too)

That was not your question Mr…I wish I could bet money…Your question was to show you where in the bible it shows that Jesus had other siblings…Good grief, it was your question and you cannot even follow that.
Of course revelation is refering to Christ …He is the redeemer Don’t ever play poker, you’;; change the game to bridge in the middle and no one will know what you are talking about…well not bridge, I doubt you could play that, it takes consentration…
Now that we’ve cleared up the question of what I actually asked…

Do you concur that Revelation Chapter 12 teaches Mary is the Mother of all Christians? If not why not?

Hi Leslie
can u state what makes asking Mary to pray to Jesus for us
a from of worship.
1.That Simon guy asked Peter to pray to Jesus so that X would not happen to him( this was not worship of Peter)
2. richman asking Lazarus/Abraham to help his brothers on earth…not worship of laz/abrhm

Is it because Mary is not on earth?
Is it because u think Mary bypases Jesus when she prays for us to Jesus?
Is it because we may not say "in the name of Jesus " when saying the hail Mary?
Is it because all forms of communication to heaven Is automatically worship and can only be directed to Jesus/god?
What specifically is it in the “hail Mary” that trips over line to worship for u?

I get it, I get it… We are to pray only to God through Jesus. No exceptions, right? So are we allowed to pray straight to God then, or only through Jesus?

I dont know --the way I see it, Mary and the Saints act sort of like the Apostles. Jesus gave them new names and trained them on specific missions…

In fact, the crowds of disciples were kept clear of Jesus at most times and had to go through the Apostles to get to him… Some tried desperately at things like sneaking up and touching the edge of his garment, or sneaking onto the roof of a house and sneaking in to get to him… But Jesus always surrounded himself with special helpers…

I have no problem with accepting Mary, and the Saints as intercessors between Me and Jesus. After all, Jesus should not interceed between God and I -as Jesus IS God.

Jesus IS the way – Not a mediator between God and us.
