A poster said he/she was told that because genuflecting before receiving Holy Communion is not in the GIRM that means it is not permitted.
At the Daily Mass on EWTN almost everyone either fully or partially genuflects before receiving Communion; including, the brothers who are serving at Mass.
So, I don’t know how it is not “permitted.” I would venture to say that EWTN rarely, if ever, does anything at Daily Mass that is not permitted.:nope:
