I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some kind of evidence to be shown before going to the time & expense of a recount. Otherwise, anyone could hold up every single election in the country just by demanding a recount because their candidate didn’t win.With Election Day two weeks in the rear view mirror, I find it alarming that the idea of recounts are just simply being dismissed out of hand?

Stalling may be a good PR strategy. Its a lousy legal strategy. But I don’t think this is a legal strategy.Courts have deadlines. They don’t want perpetual stalling.
