Huge numbers of people do that too. It’s actually fashionable nowadays to tout one’s hostility to white people or “the west” (same reference). It’s unpopular to have negative views of blacks or “Indios” (if they’re Spanish speaking) but it’s popular to be patronizing toward them.When I say “racist” I’m talking about people who consciously embrace and defend them.
The question isn’t whether one has biases or preconceived notions about others. The question is whether one actively wishes them harm or acts to do harm.
