More GOP endorsements -- for Biden

I think it’s because they just flat-out don’t like Trump.

We make our own reputations for the most part.
 
Yep

I voted for him but it didn’t take long after the inauguration to find him quite repulsive.

But then I find a lot of them on both sides of the aisle repulsive.

But why settle for Biden/Harris? President Trump might not be eloquent, but I like his policies - he is pro
law and order and pro-life, pro conservative judges and
does not want to radically change America.

Surely, these other republicans know what will happen to our country if Biden/Harris win.

As another poster said, they must be part of the
“deep state”.

Also, people can claim they belong to these groups that won’t vote for Trump, but when it comes to actually marking their ballot - we have no proof how they will vote.

Nope, it’s a secret ballot. I’m sure many Republicans will publicly announce they won’t vote for Trump only to actually vote for him when the time comes. Because why not hurt their standing in the party if they intend on voting for Trump anyway, right?

Obviously, they don’t care. Mitt Romney doesn’t seem
to care, nor do the other ones. Perhaps this will split the party in two.

I’d say that would apply more to the Democrats, based on the record enthusiasm gap we have seen for the two respective candidates thus far. Why is this being discussed for Republicans when Trump is extremely popular within his own party among the citizenry?

Realistically, neither party is going to split any time soon.
 
It was announced today Jeff Flake now joining the group!
Big surprise! What took him so long? I would have thought he was one of the founders! He stopped being part of the Republican party long ago.
 
Well, I’m not voting for either one of them, nor voting at all it seems.

I just attempted to take advantage of our mail-in/Dropbox method voting for the state of Kentucky.

I have two options to request a ballot. I can call my county clerk which I tried for the third and final time. it is impossible to reach a human on the phone. I wasted a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes on hold.

The Kentucky State site is ridiculous. When you get to the the field to enter your birth date, it starts at 2002 and you have to click one month at a time back to your month and year of birth. In my case, at age 62, I would have to click more than 740 times.

Yeah right. What is so insulting about the whole thing is that we are told it takes 2 minutes to request a ballot on the state site.

I’m done. I doubt I’ll vote again for the rest of my life.

There are probably some foolish enough to vote for abortion and against the family because they don’t like Trump’s personality.

There are undoubtedly some Repubs who don’t like Trump because he hasn’t gotten us into any wars.

And there are certainly going to be some Repubs who think of themselves as elites and don’t want to identify with a populist like Trump.

But 70 Repubs does not make a landslide victory for Harris/Biden.
 
Which he did in his closing statement.He has a long history of this sort.
