Saw Toy Story 4 tonight with the family. Of course they just had to show a gay parade commercial before the movie.

Then there was a trailer for an upcoming Addams Family animated movie. The voice-over states, “this is your average American family.” (white man and woman with children shown). Next, “this is also your average American family.” (black man and woman with children shown). Then it was, “this is also an average American family” where two women and children are shown, and of course next we are told that two men with children is also an average family. The strategy is to repeat these lies often enough so eventually everyone believe it, I guess.

Of course the movie itself had to feature a lesbian couple with a child in school; not as main characters, but prominent enough to be noticed for what it was.

My sister mentioned something similar playing before taking her kids to see Secret Life of Pets 2. Do you think it will stop in July?

But, how was Toy Story 4 itself? I’m reluctant to see it because I am worried they tarnished another beloved franchise with SJW pandering. I’m reluctant to support Disney at all.

It was entertaining enough. I thought it started kind of slow but then picked up about 20 minutes into it. Kids liked it. Some funny but creepy new characters, but creepy in a funny way.

The new X-Men and Men in Black also flopped due to horrible, clobbering SJW woke pandering.

I haven’t seen any of the new Star Wars films, but my favorite Star Wars YouTuber acknowledged it was bad and, when even hard-core fans that want the franchise to succeed hate it, you know it’s bad.

Do what I do. Arrive after all the commercials and the trailers. If they are still running when I get there I wait outside the theater until the movie comes on. There are very few movies I go to because of all the propaganda.

That’s a good idea. And now that so many theaters sell you tickets for specific seats, finding a spot is not a problem.

Saw it today with my family and my fiancé. We fortunately were not subjected to sodomite propaganda before the movie. I didn’t even know this was going on, wow!

I’m not exactly sure I’d associate SJW pandering with Pixar or even Disney’s animation in general.
There was also a Google girl-power commercial, girls doing science experiments, going into space, sickeningly over-the-top wokeness.
As someone who has worked at both Google and Microsoft, it’s not uncommon to have a team of 6 - 12 engineers who are all male or only have one female employee. Needless to say, it at least raises questions about why that is and, from a recruiting standpoint, is probably depressing. And this isn’t even accounting for university, where less than 20% of CS students are women despite it having been over 35% in the late 80s.

Not to mention, many of these companies don’t exactly have the best reputations for how female employees are treated. There might be a bit of attempted image improvement here.

I quit supporting them when I heard about their " Gay Days" at their Florida parks, and flying rainbow colors from or near the castle.

They have every right to do that, but I don’t need to support it.

Totally agree. I don’t like Disney at all. I disagree with how girls are portrayed in just about all the old movies ie ‘you need to secure a man to have your ‘happy after after’. The fact as you say it’s just absorbing everything gradually. Read some very unpleasant stories about they treat their staff too

Female Disney characters used to be feminine and now they’re feminist. Big difference. The first is natural, strong, beautiful, and complements the family. The second is forced, bitter, vengeful, and anti-family.

While this is a valid observation, it’s worth noting that most of the men weren’t depicted as complete until they “secured a woman” either.
