Debating religion and truth can be a pointless endeavor. We will know the complete truth when we die and not before that. The people who have spent soooo much time downing mormonism could use such time more constructively, like sowing love where there is hate. The prayer of saint francis comes to mind and I think it is a beautiful poem to follow in this one life that we all have on this earth:
Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury,pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen
There is certainly a lot of darkness out there but this darkness is not found in mormonism but in the nihilism of the current age which is spending a lot time denying god.
