Yes you are correct, and I stand to be corrected. Please forgive me, I was not taught to try to trick people or play games with the word of God and the teaching’s of the Church. But I have learned and will be on guard for now on.

You weren’t tricked. I was very direct and specific in the language I used. There was no “tricking.”

God has never spoken publicly on the matter - that is exactly what I said. He may have spoken privately to a prophet or revealed privately his will to individuals, but publicly he is silent. The Bible is a second hand, or third/forth hand account of what God said.

I don’t know what that means. Christ is the living Christ. The Church is The Roman Catholic Church, a legal entity, headquartered in Rome, with a paid professional clergy, a set of beliefs and practices and many millions of adherents world wide.

So the RCC does hold to the teachings of the bible, and say that they are true, so yes Jesus has publicly said he agrees with the bible. He has done this through the Church, through the Pope and his Apostles with these words.

He also said that the Church will prevail and stay standing until he comes again in glory. And it is still here today, the same Church that was founded by Peter it is called the RCC.

So Again the RCC is still the living Christ you cannot and willl not separate Christ from his Church they are one. And still here today.

The Mormons do not believe that Jesus is equal to God the Father. They believe that Christ is the Lord of this world (our planet earth) Their Trinitarian theology is quite different from our Catholic orthodoxy. They believe that each of us can attain Christhood and have dominion over worlds of our own. They also believe in the pre-existance of the immortal soul.

When I finished the New Testament I was 110% sure that the Catholic was not true and that its doctorine it teachings make no sense and is far from the truth!!! I have since then been looking for answers and I have made up my mind that if what the Mormons actually teach and preach is true then they really are the true church today. There message is amazing!!!(if its true) Think about it… A Prophet like Noah, or Moses today that speaks in behalf of GOD. Twelve Apostles… The structure of the church is the same structure Jesus Christ used through-out the Bible with at least a Prophet. Not a “Pope or Papa.” So with a prophet why not more scripture, and don’t reply with that scripture in Revelation because you can find the same thing in Deuteronomy. I am sorry the first bible was indeed the Catholic Version of the Bible. There was no bible before that. If you are talking about the OT it was never called the bible. They did not even have a bible in those days. As a matter of fact the bible is composed of the OT and the NT… The OT only is not called the bible. As a matter of fact they still do not except the NT. The OT was called and still is called today Sacred Scripture and is still believed by the Church Today. Tell me where do you get your truth from. Are you saying because you never give me a straight answer, Does your Church go by the BIble or not? Yes and no does not cut it. You either believe that the Bible is the word of God or you do not. At this point when I refer to the Bible I will say the KJB or the Catholic Version.

I probably should of told you I speak multiple languages and if you actually study the Bible in Greek, Aramaic and Hebrew you will clearly see that the belief that mormons have that they can become as God is plainly taught in the Bible. Jesus Christ himself talking to his apostles say’s, “You are Gods.” If God is all powerful then why not? Here’s a question for you alanjeddy. What is the literal meaning of Baptism in Greek? Once you figure that out and read over the baptism of Jesus, why did the Catholic church change how that ordinance is performed?

He say’s it in John 10: 34 / Romans 8:17 / Gal 4:7… Personaly I perfer John 10:30-34 where christ is actually acused of blasphemy because he said in vs. 30 of the same chapter “I and the Father are one.” The jews then get ready to stone him for saying he is like god and he reponse in vs. 34: Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?

I was raised LDS and found it to be bs. So, I went atheist for a long time. Decided to study Christianity, to see what it is all about, and discovered that there is actually the True Church of God, alive and well, and holding to apostolic teachings. That certainly is not Mormonism.

I don’t know about that yet, But I havn’t seen a religion out their that compares even close to the Moron church. You look at how fast its growing, and how much the church does for the those in need and it will obviously be the largest church in the world some day that bears good fruits. You might say its full of bs, but when in the history of the world did the people not reject and pursecute the true church so badly. The true church has always been persecuted and I look around and see a bunch of other churches saying its ok to be this or that but when you mention mormon for some resone they all reject it and fight against it. I’ve been investigating the church for some time now and not once in any meetings have I heard anyone talk about another church badly. There is something about a true mormon that just strikes me as a true follower of christ. You can see it in their eyes that they just know what they believe is true.

Ha ha I guess I won. You clearly are running away and avoiding the truth. You can’t even be respectful enough to answer a simple question. This is what I always find you Catholics doing, avoiding the question with your circular resoning. This of course is because of your lack of knowledge of the scriptures and of course the fact that you believe in a false religion. Let me open your eye a little more from a vs. in 1timothy ch. 4:1-3 which striaght up proves the chatholic church a false church. It say’s some share depart from the faith… and then describing who departs it say’s they will forbid to marry and to abstain from meats. Now when I was growing up I remember every friday I wasn’t allowed to eat meat or any ham ever. Next they forbid to marry which I’m sure you have some great response to why Catholic Priest and Deacons and the Pope can not be married, but it plainly say’s it and it plainly proves the falsehood of your religion.

Just for fun why was the first pope of the Catholic church pernounced when the apostle John was still living. Don’t you thing they would of made him the pope being he was one of the twelve apostle of Jesus Christ.
