Over-scrupulosity, which is another way of rejecting God’s mercy, is itself sinful.
My uncontrollable suffering from a clinical anxiety disorder is sinful?

…I truly can’t win, huh?

No, it’s not a sin.

Thank you very much for your prayers in Adoration today! I prayed for you as well after I recieved Holy Communion for the First Friday devotion.
Remember, pray constantly, “Jesus, I love You, and I believe that You love me,” or “Sacred Heart of Jesus, I believe in Your love for me.”

Here are some other prayers I found. Perhaps you could pray them before the Blessed Sacrament.

Loving Jesus, sweetness of my heart,
Your magnetic love draws me to You.
You taught me the meaning of true love
By mercifully forgiving all my sins
And dying on the Cross for my salvation.
Teach me to embrace such Divine love,
That my actions be the fruits of Your Spirit.
Transform my soul into pure abounding love,
Enabling me to always walk in righteousness.
Your endowment of love is priceless;
Being sought out by all living souls.
Repeatedly, inundate me with Your love!

Thank You, O God,
for hearing my prayer
and granting my request.
Thank You for all the kindness
You have shown me.

Thank You, Father,
for Your great love
in giving me my life,
for Your great patience
in preserving me despite my sinfulness,
for Your protection in the past
and for the opportunity to serve
and honour You in the future.

Thank You, Lord Jesus,
for keepinog me numberless times
from sin and death by the toils of Your life,
the sufferings of Your Passion,
and by Your victorious Resurrection.

Thank You, Holy Spirit of God,
for bestowing so many graces upon my soul
and for having so frequently
renewed Your life within me.

May my life, from now on,
be a sign of my gratefulness.

Amen.

Perhaps adding them to your daily prayers could be helpful. Pray to St. Therese, who loved God so deeply and believed so firmly in His love for her. Pray to Alphonsus Maria de Liguori, who is the Patron Saint of those struggling against scrupulosity. And tell Jesus, in your own words, that you love Him, and thank Him for loving You, for the gifts He has given you. Make an Act of Spiritual Communion, and meditate upon the words of the priest in Mass, “Deliver us Lord from every evil, and grant us peace in our day. In your mercy keep us free from sin, protect us from all anxiety, as we wait in joyful hope for the coming of our Savior Jesus Christ.”

I was reading Psalm 25 today, and I thought of you. Read it, and pray it.

If I were you I will change my email address and never relate to anyone who likes to send me naked pictures anymore.

To turn away from your old ways take some drastic measure in several area of your life. If you are willing to change, then go to different places, meet different people, and do different things differently. Put away your old “stuff”, throw away your equipments, run away from places of temptations.

Have you ever had good non sexual relationship with women? If your friends mostly guys who do not know women as “human beings”, then you might want to go to places where you can have good non sexual relationship (such as good friendship for the same positive hobby) with women, to know them more than from pictures. This is the way for you to know that those whom you seen as pictures are people with feelings and insecurity and struggles and at the same time fun living beings, much more than mere naked bodies.

You may want to develop yourself in more positive ways, to improve your idea about yourself. To know your value, sometimes you must go out from your place now and in the bright light of the sun-- instead of in the dark room with yourself-- you may see yourself differently.

With your repentant way, God himself will change your desires and your taste, so that your will will be united with that of God. You must believe in Jesus who is willing to save you. He does not want you to have such struggle all of your life. He can free you from such persecutions. Meanwhile He will also teach you how to run away from this enemy of yours. He will teach you strategy to confront it deep in yourself and root out the deepest cause of it. Ask Him the way, and He will show you where to go and where not to go.

God bless you in Jesus name.

Excellent advice. Well said. 👍 To change ourselves, must change much! Give to God, and He will give to us a bounty we cannot imagine.
