No, they say they aren’t in the Bible. Up to just over a hundred years ago, even those Protestants who didn’t think they were inspired, STILL had them in their Bibles (it was a finable offense, for instance, to print a Bible without them in Britain, at a time where following the Vatican was illegal, the pope of Rome could have no bishops there, and his followers were barred from voting). To use a Muslim analogy, the Protestants do not think they are saHiH, but do not say they are mawdu’. They consider them da’if, or even Hasan.

And speaking of Islam: since it was making this accusation almost a thousand years before the Protestants even existed, I fail to see your point.

If you look at the context, the Prophet Jeremiah is calling these people the liars they are. Your point?

Jesus was led by the Holy Spirit, not the devil. Can’t you read it in your own quote?

Luke never says that Satan took Jesus around for forty days. According to the account in Luke, the Spirit led Jesus into the wilderness, where He endured temptations for forty days. It is not true that Satan gets hold of Jesus and drags Him to the wilderness. Jesus is driven by God to the wilderness to confront Satan. I hope you will be more careful while attacking Christianity next time

BTW, the following verses are taken from your Koran. They surprisingly teach that Satan managed to deceive Adam, the first so-called Islamic messenger and man of God:

I think Jesus filled with the “holy Spirit” was a result of the descent of the Spirit upon him at his “baptism”.

Just imagine : G_d getting baptized, as Chriatian thinks that Jesus was their god, though three-in-one but ONE TRUE god.

After baptism, Jesus [Christian god] is now equipped to overcome the devil. Wow!!

Just as the Spirit is prominent at this early stage of Jesus’ ministry [ministry of Christian god] so too will it be at the beginning of the period of the church in Acts?

BTW, the mention of forty days recalls the forty years of the wilderness wanderings of the Israelites during the Exodus, No?

There’s the human factor that exists as Jesus, a human form with all it’s flaws. The human life includes pain, pleasure, abuse of power, temptation, etc. If God takes the form of 1000 humans ( certainly God can ), each of them would have it’s own independent personality, life, experiences ( including baptism ), feelings, thoughts, etc.
Otherwise, they are not complete humans.
Satan’s aim ( or mission ) is to make use of that inherent flaw.

I had said that Devil took Jesus around for forty days. You have raised objections. But see mathew 4 and Luke 4 which shows that devil took Jesus around on a few errands. Even just being tempted by the devil was bad enough. See below, all from your own bible. There is no such thing in Quran. :

" ‘He will command his angels concerning you,

Dirty matters like what? David’s act of adultery? The Koran teaches that David was engaged in that “dirty matter” and asked for forgiveness (Surah Sad).
