No, they say they aren’t in the Bible. Up to just over a hundred years ago, even those Protestants who didn’t think they were inspired, STILL had them in their Bibles (it was a finable offense, for instance, to print a Bible without them in Britain, at a time where following the Vatican was illegal, the pope of Rome could have no bishops there, and his followers were barred from voting). To use a Muslim analogy, the Protestants do not think they are saHiH, but do not say they are mawdu’. They consider them da’if, or even Hasan.Salaam/peace;
huh…the verses/ books Protestant don’t accept are considered as holy by the Catholics. So , it’s the Christians who are telling u that some parts are corrupted .
And speaking of Islam: since it was making this accusation almost a thousand years before the Protestants even existed, I fail to see your point.
U will find the same info in the Bible :
“How can you say, ‘We are wise, and the law of the Lord is with us’?
But behold, the lying pen of the scribes has made it into a lie”
If you look at the context, the Prophet Jeremiah is calling these people the liars they are. Your point?(Jeremiah 8:8, quoted from the New American Standard Bible).
Jeremiah can back up his claims.so , why put blame on Quran or Prophet Muhammed (p) ?
His last book? Why don’t you believe God spoke through Baha’ullah, and accept the Kitab-i-Aqdas?God warned people in His last book that :
The proof of the Quran? It incorrectly accuses the Jews of calling Ezrah the Son of God.
So woe to [the ones] who write the Book with their hands; thereafter they say,
“This is from [the providence of] Allah.”
That they may trade it for a little price;
So, woe to those for what their hands have written, and woe to them for what they have earned*
(Al-Baqarah 2: 79)
And who is more unjust than he who has fabricated against Allah a lie, or has said: “to me it has been revealed” and nothing has been revealed to him.
And who has said: “I will send down the like of what Allah has sent down.
I can’t remember the name of Muhammad’s scribe, who used to change what Muhammad dictated and Muhammad didn’t notice. I think he was condemned to death at the conquest, but Uthman intervened.(Al-An`am 6: 93)
