Muslims did very well in mathematics. They gave you all the numerals (no case of stealing). Otherwise you would not be able to add or subtract with the awkward Roman numerals that christians had, e.g. I II III IV V VI VII X IX, XI, LX. You see the problem was there.

You need to get off that high-horse. The Muslims did not contribute any new ideas. There would be no algebra and calculus today without the Indian concept of mathematics.

Muslims love to boast how they “invented” science and math when all they did was to “borrow” it from the others. As centuries passed by, they began to claim it as their own invention. Its just like how the Chinese take credit for acupuncture but always fail to mention Ayurvedic influence.

The Duh Vinci Code is fiction. The Bible has no mention of anything related to the fantasies of Dan Brown. You’re not the first Muslim who claims the Duh Vinci Code is “truthful”. Perhaps its the fantasies of authors like Dan Brown that draw people to Islam.

Do you really mean that the occurrence of Satanic verses in the New Testament are evident because of the narrative that says Satan failed.

Jesus knows satan, He was not led astray by him for 1 second. Jesus casts out demons. Muhammad was led astray, Muhammad was under black magic…very flawed comparison between Jesus who confronts satan and Muhammad who does not know if he is demon possessed or not, if it was Allah who spoke or satan, if he was forgetting things or under magic…

So we should take the word of a Fiction writer who made up a story? By your logic then I guess we should eat green eggs and ham. Or perhaps there is a park with Dinosaurs wondering it. Dan Brown write a fictional story that was controversial to sell books, and make a movie.
There is no proof to what he says Leonardo Da Vinci was trying to portray.
If you claim that the Da Vinci Code is truth, then I must affairm then that The Book the Satanic Verses is also truth. I have not read it, but I think I will now since it is the Truth of the Quran. It must be, because many of you Muslims wanted to kill the Author to keep the Truth Shrouded. Notice that, no one has tried to Kill Dan Brown, because we know what he wrote is fiction and has no weight to it. If we were so afraid of what he wrote, I think people would really have tried to stop him.

Actually, this proves the Bible is true. Yes we see exactly what Satan said. We learn then how Satan tempts. He uses the same temptations through out History. He wanted Jesus to deny his own divinity and bow to Satan.
500 years later he found an Arab man we will call him Mo, he came as an Angel to Mo and told him Jesus was just a prophey and not the son of God. It is the same lies he used in the Desert. He offer Mo virgins, and many wives, he offered Mo power. Mo took it hook line and sinker and wrote the Quran and that is the Birth of Islam and all the death and destruction that came with it.

No, give credit where credit is due. Ibn Sina, who was Latinzied into Avicenna, was a brilliant scholar who made original contributions. Btw, he was Muslm, but NOT Arab, for those who confuse the two.

Muslims do give credit: what Europeans call Arabic numberals are called in Arabic (the Muslim language of science) “Indian numbers.” In fact, the ulama’ often condemn these sicences because they are known to be Hindu or pagan Greek, or Zoroastrian Iranian in orgin.

A not so much mentioned fact (even by Muslims thenselves) is that a lot of the translations of works into Arabic and the study and research were done by Christians, in particular Arabic and Syriac speaking one., e.g. Hunayn b. Ishaq, known in Latin (yes, his works reached the West too) as Johannitius.

But the problem with Ibn Sina is most Muslims condemn him as being a heretic.
