Muslims in heaven

Would you be happy, if you got to heaven and there were Muslims, Jews, Buddhist, Hari Krishnas and other people from other religions there?
 
One will find no Muslims in heaven. Everyone in heaven will be Catholic.

(That’s NOT the same as saying “Only Catholics go to heaven.”)
 
As Mother Teresa said, “A Muslim must be a good Muslim, a Hindu must be a good Hindu, and a Christian must be a good Christian.”

I would rejoice, because they found Jesus!!!

Sufism helps man to be increasingly aware of his purpose of life, which is service to his Lord and Creator; therefore, I feel they will be in heaven too.

Yes, but as someone has already said, they will have ceased to be those things.

If they are in Heaven they will be Catholic, and will have been saved through Christ.

I would be extremely happy to see anyone in heaven. The alternative is too horrible to even contemplate.

Well i doubt that there will be any muslims or hindus, buddist or jews…Because none of acknowledge that Jesus Christ is their saviour…Sorry to break your hearts

However, Jesus is full of mercy and compassion and his love for mankind is unheard of and nothing is impossible for him

So my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, always remember our fellow non-christians brothers and sisters in your prayer

And the whole choir of Angels and Saints said…Amen

Dear Ron21,

All who behold Him face to face, to know as we are known, will be and will have always been known to be Catholic. Regardless of previous affiliation, being in heaven ipso facto Catholisizes all who are there.

Seeing as most of my friends are not Christian (Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs) I would hope so, but as others have said, upon entry to Heaven they would be exposed to the Truth and would no longer belong to their previous religions.

Agreed. Every sincere seeker is striving toward truth. And certainly, what is, is. But laying claim to a final formulation of “what is” in the realm of religion is a very different proposition than discovering “what is” in the realm, say, of biology. And, since we’ve dragged the old boy into this discussion, I doubt that Aristotle’s conception of God and yours would be the same.

There’s a great deal of subjectivity involved in matters relating to metaphysics and the spirit–it’s been a point of much contention for at least the past three thousand years. The problem is made clear by the fact that fervent believers in every one of the world’s major faith traditions would also hold, like you, that their beliefs are based on truth, not opinion, on “what is.”

Still, you’re fortunate to have the solace of your convictions.
