If you mean, “from the Bible,” we can’t show you that, just as we cannot show you the word “Trinity” in the Bible, nor the phrase “personal Lord and Savior” or indeed, the word “Bible.”
How’s this: If Jesus Christ was/is Who He said He was/is, then every last thing He said is of serious and wonderful and dreadful importance. Among the things He said, we find this: “Blessed art thou, Simon bar Jona, for flesh and blood hath not revealed this unto thee, but my Father which is in Heaven; and I say unto thee, thou art Peter and upon this rock I will build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it; and whatsoever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven and whatsoever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven.” And also this, “When He, the Spirit of Truth shall come, He shall lead thee into all Truth.”
The Church which Jesus Christ founded upon the Rock of Peter, the Church which holds the charism to bind and to loose, guided by the Holy Spirit Who leads into all truth, says that you cannot have a vasectomy without incurring grave sin (if you knew it ahead of time), just as She articulated the relationship between the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and which relationship She named “Trinity” (and which Protestants, in the main, have never questioned).
Let me ask you: by what authority would you claim that a vasectomy is not a sin? See, that’s the rub, “by what authority.” It was a fair question when the Jews asked it of Jesus and it’s a fair question now.
