It is positvely wicked to allow your body to be exposed to any person, even your husband or yourself. You should avoid looking in the mirror unless you are fully clothed.
What???

Were you joking or serious?

I’m dumbfounded. Please explain.

Whatever is put into the virtual domain is in the public domain. It can be lost, but it cannot be destroyed. This much is elementary, and no exceptions ought to be presumed possible, as it is the Murphy’s Law of Computers. No one of any age ought to be allowed to touch a computer keyboard or use an electronic device for data capture without understanding this first.

The only danger I can see in it is that the spouse might use the images to masturbate. If not, I think it’s a sweet thing and not sinful.

Don’t send pictures if he is in boot camp. Men should not be distracted any further during these rigorous times. Keep in my the film “Rocky”- “women weaken legs” If anything have him send pictures to you.

Please do not have him send a nude photo to you. He does not want to get into big trouble by sending naked pictures across cyberspace.

One thing about being in the military “to keep freedom” for others is that “freedom is not free”. Our service men and women are not “free” to do as they wish. It is a sacrafice they make for the “freedom of others.”

Thank you all for your replies. I am actually pleasantly surprised… I thought there would be a lot more people calling it porn and saying it was totally sinful.

It seems like most of everyone’s concern here revolves around someone else possibly hacking into his email account and finding these pictures.

It’s definitely given me something to think about.

I have no moral objection to it whatsoever, but everyone’s warnings regarding the whole hacking thing has made me weary. Though on the other hand, I don’t see why anyone would want to hack into his account. He and I aren’t famous people or important people or anything. Why would anyone wanna go through the trouble of hacking into an average, middle class couple’s emails?

Honestly, if someone hacked into our information I’d be much more worried about them finding out some financial info, stealing all our money and leaving us completely broke, than finding a few pics that don’t even have my face in them. Of course, getting robbed like that can happen to anyone, no matter what you do…

So wait, if you’re in the military you get in trouble for sending a nude pic to your wife??

If that’s true, it’s totally bologna.

Don’t get me wrong, I love to see my wife naked anytime I have the opportunity, but it would be treading on a very slippery slope for her to get me all worked up when I’m hours away and won’t be able to do anything about my feelings until we were together again, which you say is going to be a while… I don’t think you need to send him pics to get him to ‘hurry home’ as you said. I guarantee he won’t be dilly dallying when he is free to return even if you don’t send them. 😉

Don’t worry about why someone might want to hack his computer, just know that it happens to average, everyday folks.

The advise is for your safety and his safety. Also to keep in mind rules of the military.

You’ll have a sweet story to share with him about how much you wanted to send him a special picture and all the people who suggested you enjoy this nakedness together! Enjoy his graduation day.

Your version of naked is not mine I suppose. I was inferring the man send a shirtless picture of himself or in his briefs.

That would be an acceptable act. My point remains. A man, especially one restricted from sexual activity during training, does not need to be overly stimulated by his wife.

Believe me, he won’t need any pictures. He would be looking forward to seeing his wife and ready to go with little provocation.

My “source” won’t be available for awhile to get the official answer.

Not being positive, I would stick with “don’t do it”.

You will find lots of “bologna” in the military. You are always free to have your opinion, but it doesn’t change the military.

Think for a moment…your husband currently “belongs” to the military 24/7. His time belongs to the military. Posting naked photos across cyberspace is most likely against military rules. If he’s using military equipment or a military account…it belongs to the military as well.

😦

See, that right there is one of the reasons why I was so weary about him joining. It seems almost like a violation of the marriage vows… to “belong” to something other than your spouse, first and foremost.

As a general rule explicit photos are not to be sent. If a serviceman is deployed that rule is in full force depending on where he is deployed (iran, Iraq). If your sending photos by phone, your in better shape, unless you have trust issues.

Been there, done that.
