Salad with tuna, beets and cabbage/kale/garlic…and a small slice of pizza.

so a lot of us had our fair share of trauma in our life from the past three months due to this pandemic COVID 19. since we all recovering from it, lockdown got closed in our area I decided to allow myself a treat and hang out with friends. so found this amazing restaurant near my place to have an ice cream the reviews were great with a decent rating. so I just had no sugar added DQ Fudge Bar which has just 50 calories and is fat-free. if you want to make it up for the healthiest fast food ice cream you must visit this place they are just best.

Applewood-smoked bratwurst, potato pancakes, over-easy eggs, and a good Canadian brew…pineapple sherbet for dessert.

Thank you.

It’s going to be a hot week, so I’m going to buy more watermelon.

Chilled watermelon with some chopped crystallized ginger, which I have in my pantry, on top would make a refreshing dessert.

I am going to say it was my Alaskan Wild Pollock fish sandwich from Dairy Queen for dinner last night even though it was the same old protein bar I eat for breakfast. 🙂
