I’m sooo weak when it comes to potatoes, I confess!

For our dinner tonight, we had some popcorn shrimp, scalloped potatoes, and yellow wax beans.

I had some diet ginger-ale, and I’m now drinking cold bottled spring water.

I had a Russell Stover’s strawberry marshmallow Easter egg, and a few Nestle’s Crunch small mini Easter eggs for my dessert.

Fruit Loops Marshmallow cereal and half a bottle of Mountain Dew Baja Blast. First time tasting both. Pretty darn good.

Mama had meatloaf and mashed potatoes for lunch and strawberry shortcake for supper. MiO flavored water both meals.

Tuna BLT with onion, spinach and chipotle sauce, and a good IPA…the sandwich needed more bacon…

I served it with some extra brown gravy.

There are times I’d like to kick auto correct to the curb (like the day I posted a recipe in a forum and I listed an ingredient and auto correct decided to be cute and put the word “naked” instead of what I’d actually typed. I thought I’d die of embarrassment from all the teasing I got).

Anyway, I’m wide awake having a couple of bottles of Propel water. Extra thirsty with so much pollen in the air.

Going to have strawberry shortcake later.

I’m typed something to a friend recently and a word slipped through with auto correct turning it into something quite inappropriate :no_mouth:I think I know how you felt! We did laugh about it though,that helped.

We had warm weather most of the winter with t-storms weekly throughout. Now it’s Spring and we have a couple more freezes to get through at night. Then we can plant our Spring fruits, veggies, herbs and flowers.

Mama’s craving crookneck squash with onions today. Last year at this time, she was on her okra kick.
