Cooking a juicy steak from a family members farm :slightly_smiling_face:Grass fed.
 
I hear ya. The only time we ate steak was at my grandparents. At home, it was hamburger and if Mama was feeling really creative, meatloaf.

Tonight, hamburger and fries from Jack In The Box.
 
Mama will be having her egg and MiO.

Me, nothing til after our storm damage is looked at. One of our friends works for a roofer and showed me several things to be sure and bring attention to. So we’ll see.
 
Last night’s meal was supposed to be Laotian. But I was so exhausted from errands and phone calls to our insurance company that I forgot to eat it. So that is on today’s checklist.

Have had one of the two eggrolls with sweet chili sauce. Yum!!!

That’s not a flower…that’s a radioactive tarantula!!!

Barb outdid herself again…
Meat loaf, hot German potato salad, steamed cauliflower, a fresh rye roll, and a good IPA…fresh peanut butter cookies for dessert.
 
Taco Tuesday, so crispy beef tacos with Spanish rice and refried beans accompanied by a glass of water
 
Pulled pork sandwiches with a slice of pineapple on top, a side of roasted red peppers and zucchini. For dessert, apple crisp with a squirt of whipped cream. Water to drink…
