I’m here, Greenfields. Health-wise, I’m okay (hopefully). Time for my Dr appts since my throat surgery. I’ll find out if more surgery needs to be performed.

Emotionally, I’m still a wreck. Haven’t felt up to posting. Doing well just to pray. Think this thread is safe enough to stick my toes in tho.

Tonight’s meal is Russian. A beef stew, grilled zucchini filled with feta cheese and walnuts, a fresh salad and cake with apples, pears and almonds. Water, juice and ginger ale to drink.
