I like the Bob Evans Mac and cheese. Their mashed potatoes aren’t bad either.
 
A nice salad, country sausage, homemade potato salad, a fresh wheat roll, and a Heineken beer…no room for dessert.
 
I also enjoy a good IPA, but I knew ahead of time what my wife was preparing for dinner, and bought the Heineken specifically to match the food…it went well.

I’m a geezer…I’ve been making and drinking beer for quite a while…back in the day, [60’s -early 70’s] the best beers were imported, and my taste for Heineken goes back that far…started making my own in the early 80’s, and I definitely like a good IPA…also a good porter, stout, red ale, etc…the best brew I ever tasted was a red ale I made in the basement about 15 years ago…
 
I had some grilled lamb and some grilled eggplants and zucchini.

The lamb was disappointing, it was gamy and not very lean. 🐑
 
You didn’t mention the cut of lamb…you might try rubbing the lamb with olive oil, and smoking it at a low temperature with applewood for a couple hours before grilling…grilled eggplant and zucchini is always good!
 
I believe they were shoulder chops. I marinated them in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and oregano plus salt and pepper.

I like lamb. My kids don’t so much.
