Comment: last night I had pasta with kale/sauteed garlic/cayenne pepper - little fresh parmesan. I usually use arugula for this recipe, but the kale worked great. I chopped it and steamed it to tender, 6, 7 minutes, then tossed it into the pan with the sauteed garlic, olive oil and added a bunch of cayenne pepper, then mixed it with the cooked spaghetti, last minute. If you like this sort of thing you should definitely try it. (use a little pasta water)
